G,day bjorn pilot from Sydney Australia. Great short film about your motor sports. Your motorcycle helmet with audiovisual equipment is fantastic. Commentary on; * Roadways and landforms * Buildings of heritage significance * History and land use for primary industries; and manufacturing would be very welcome. Your not getting ATC via the helmet are you? I wasn't sure.... Take care and have fun. 🌏🇦🇺

Glad to see you are getting into bikes. Two years ago I upgraded from a Honda 250 L to a KTM 790 Adventure R. What an amazing bike. It has adjustable traction control to prevent you from hurting yourself. The fuel tanks are a new design that stores the fuel low near the foot pegs which prevents a c of g issue when you have full fuel. I have 22,000 km on it and it has been very reliable. Once you get some experience you should take one on a test ride.

The KTM is a very interesting bike. My son had a 125 duke. Great fun! 🙂

I like it a lot. Classic style and very easy to ride on and light off road. Lots of torque. 🙂

Thanks for putting this vid up. I'm looking to add a Guzzi to my garage and am doing some research. The torque curve this bike has, is what I want, but I will find a road model (I have 4 off-road / dualsport bikes). The first thing I noticed was the airplane posters on the wall behind you. Interesting how flying & riding have a bit of kinship. Short fun story: I had an hour in a 1940 WACO biplane. The owner let me fly it (I'm not pilot, but had 2 lessons years earlier). One of the best days of my life! Used top of the windscreen to fly level, & the flying wires for bank angle. Three instruments on the panel. Rudder pressure was surprisingly heavy.

I've always liked the classic look of a Guzzi, but when I tried it for the first time I was lost. The engine sound, how it pulls from low rpms and the shaft drive. I love it! My son has a Honda CRF250L (dual sport). It's a great bike. The Guzzi is maybe a 70-30 on/off road bike. Perfect for me. 😉

@@bjornpilot one of my bikes is the CRF250L. Lot's of fun,, but it's revvy. No grunt under 5k. The V7ii (not the Vlll) produces max torque just below 3k. To me, it's a modern classic. I think that will suit my slow country rides!

18:27 When turning, the bike leans, but you must stay on the center axis of the bike doing the counterweight. If you lean like that on a rainy day, you'll probably skid and fall, just a hint.

Thanks. Trying to keep body posture like I see on some youtube channels, for example @canyonchasers. Not sure if I get it right but I‘m working on it. Leaning and turning the upper body into the turn, looking where you want to go does not keep you on the center axis. It keeps your body weight inside the bike in the turn reducing the lean of the bike. Do I get it wrong?

@@bjornpilot The video is in Portuguese but I think you can understand a little: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZmaVmGWCltKGldk This image shows exactly what I said, notice the pilot's axle in relation to the bike: www.amaralinstrutor.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/DSC2790-1024x1018.jpg You're not driving wrong, I'm just showing you new driving possibilities for other scenarios and track conditions as the way to drive a motorcycle varies according to terrain conditions. Drive safe my friend, greetings from Brazil ;)

I would of loved to have seen the reactions of the golfers if your started putting down some serious tyre tracks on the fairway like a hooligan. A wise choice though, there is only one thing a golfer loves more than golf and that is....complaining 😜. Believe me, some of them are not afraid to start swinging their golf clubs around when they get angry, which usually doesn't take much.

There's a good golf course / motorcycle story in Rick Seimen's book "Monkey Butt". Most of the chapters take place in the 70's, in Southern California. A great book for any motorcycle aficionado, but especially if you care for MX & trail riding stories.

I really like your videos, they are very interesting but maybe you can try and not breathe into the mic :) (You can hear it at 12:20 and forward). Other than that really good video.

Trying to find the best position for the mic, inside the helmet. Actually it did move and got out of place for a while, coming close to my nose. 😅. Guess I have to fix it more secure next time. 👍🏼
