Love your videos and travels. Very relaxed and natural, which is rare in vloggers world where everybody are so egocentric.

good info thanks! Are you going to do any public speaking gigs in Bay Area? Would be interested. I'm up here in Marin County. Keep up the good work. Your videos have really inspired me to get out on the less traveled roads even if its just out here on the west coast

I have a 660lm zumo, I thought that LM ment lifetime maps. I believe all zumos are motorcycle orientated, Love your vlogs.

William, thanks for doing what you do! You do it very well. I noticed I one of your videos that you have selected an ‘off-road’ route on your gps. Are these routes available for the gos only or do you use other sources to find those routes? Thanks. Yinon (ATAS, Sunnyvale, CA)

Nate Jordan ...FYI, I’m on a rtw, in Russia at the moment. I stripped the CE1 gear out of my goretex adventure suit, and I wear Forcefield CE2 rated body armour in stretchy long sleeved shirt and pants. CE2 thorax protection, back, shoulders, elbows, coccyx, hips, and knees. Made from Coolmax, super comfortable, excellent non-Newtonian protection, but it can get a little hot if you’re not moving as without airflow you can heat up. But it’s the best protection I found and it’s very comfortable

For garmin products LM means "life maps" or "lifetime maps" or something, which means you can update the maps for free. Zumo is the motorcycle line, regardless of LM

Curious if you own any waterproof gloves or mittens? I'm currently looking for some. I saw a tank bag on your Instagram too. May I inquire about which one you own and your thoughts on it?

Garmin Zumo 660LM is discontinued and no longer being supported by Garmin. Good luck finding a cradle. Garmin does not make anything for the product anymore. Sad because as I pointed out to Garmin, they use L for Lifetime in the model # . Looking forward to seeing more videos

I have a Oregon 650T I got for cheap from Cabelas and use it. iPhone 7+ as a backup. I enjoy having a standalone GPS loaded with custom POIs on the dash over having my phone exposed. It does a great job and lets me concentrate on the road rather than distractions that pop up with phone notifications.
