I love my Moto Z2 Force! I have had it since April and it is amazing with the Daydream VR goggles and the 360 degree camera. The turbo battery mod makes it bigger than any other phone battery and the sound quality is the best!

Is noone aware that the screen is plastic because it's "shatterproof?" Unbreakable. I understand the plastic can be obviously inconvenient, but there's a reason for the screen being plastic. And I would have to add a glass screen protector if I got it, but I'd still be happy knowing it would never shatter. That is a plus, after all

Yeah drop it once on some rocks and get really deep distracting scratches on it further degrading the screen quality. Might as well have a shattered screen so no thanks.

Jorgensen Penus You don't get it, the screen wouldn't have scratched, the lcd would have died and so would the phone. Also the phone comes with a screen protector pre installed.

Bluetooth & Wifi are independent technologies, and no one ever removed Bluetooth or Wifi from a phone, would not make sense, just as it doesn't make sense to remove the headphone jack. I will never use wireless headphones, just as i will never use wireless mouse or keyboard. Wired is always better, and removing the headphone jack, is only done to get people to invest in overly expensive bluetooth headsets.

True, great handsets but they died as a brand when Google sold them. I've owned Motorola phones since the original RAZR and every DROID branded phone they have made since. I sadly but gladly had to jump shipped to the Google Pixel after the DROID Z Force and now own a Pixel 2 XL (which Google's Pixel brand is led by Motorola's former CEO, Rick Osterloh). I feel "Moto" as they call it now, has become a generic forgettable brand and no longer that premium Android maker they once were. The Lenovo acquisition completely destroyed them, they are no longer the same company and their current phones reflect it.

I got a turbo 2 a few years ago and love it. People complain about the screen getting scratched but what's better, replacing a shattered screen or sticking on a new protector? I don't think there's any competition, especially when you hate bulky rubberized cases like myself.

The galaxy S8 Active is out now... While it doesn't have the same shattersheild of the Z2force its still a pretty slick phone with a 4k MAH battery... Super long battery life!

I got it. I'dk why theirs was bad but the build quality of mine is good. The phone is incredible. I came from an s7 and don't regret it at all. But I will say this, while the shatter proffer screen is awesome, I've dropped mine a few times hard enough that any other phone would of been destroyed. The screen does scratch really easy but who cares. Most people use screen protectors anyway. Plus the free projector mod is awesome.

Mine has a constant green flash on the top portion of the screen and when the screen gets turned off it stays black but I can hear the phone working just the screen is black and when I do get it turned on it's got a green flash at the top any advice?

I did something stupid which caused the phone to submerge in water and now the only thing which works on it is the front camera's flash. It stays constantly lit up. None of the buttons respond to being pressed. The part which I am most annoyed about is that I didn't buy insurance and my service provider is still going to charge me for the phone regardless.

I hate the charger on my z force I hate that it doesnt have a headphone jack The screen scratches very easily. Fingerprint scanner worked good at first, now it hardly ever works. Videos do look great on this phone. Camera is quick. The charger, screen & lack of headphone jack really suck

i do not understand what the big deal with not having a headphone jack, who uses auxiliary cables anymore really? bluetooth has been around for so long now, any car 2010 or newer has bluetooth already built in, you can get 3rd party radios for your car that has bluetooth, bluttooth headphones have been around a long time now and they are even super affordable now a days.... there is no reason for a headphone jack anymore, im sorry, but its been outdated for about 10 years now. If you can afford a $800 - $1,300 phone then you can afford a $10 bluetooth headset or a $40 car radio.

It's an updated version of the Moto Z, not the Moto Z Force. They should've called it the Moto Z2. if they did that then people would compare it with the first gen Moto Z and not the Z Force.
