On Moto Control channel you will find videos about motorcycles, motorcycle riding techniques, tips & tricks and online motorcycle training for beginner and advanced riders!
A little info about me. My name is Andrei Bodrov, originally I'm from Moscow, Russia, and now I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Back in Moscow I was a motorcycle instructor and creator of Moto Control Beginner & Advanced motorcycle rider courses, which quickly became the most popular courses in Moscow (well, at least the advanced one😁). My advanced training course makes emphasis on slow speed riding techniques at first (such as good clutch and throttle control, proper riding posture, proper use of vision, etc.), then proceeds to more advanced techniques (such as aggressive braking, trail braking, maximal lean angle). The course incorporates a lot of exercises from DOSAF slow speed riding (similar to police rodeo like motorcycle training in USA), braking and cornering exercises and motogymkhana style riding. And now, since I actively learn English - I decided to post some useful videos for both your and mine practice!😉
🏍️🏍️🏍️
Since everyone writes this, it's necessary, I suppose 🤷, so here we go. Disclaimer: Ride at your own risk, you are responsible for your own safety. Me, Andrey Bodrov and my channel, Moto Control disclaim any liability incurred in connection with the use of riding techniques from this channel. Use common sense, wear full protective gear and ride in a safe and predictable manner!

I think the majority of motorcycle riders neglect checking tire pressure before each ride. Good advice in this video.. including checking for nails or screws--- How do I know this last part? Guess....

At 6,000 miles I wore out the factory tires and bought a front/back set of Pirelli, but with a rounder profile. It has been a big difference in performance.

Timely video, Adrei; thank you. My '21 H-D just clocked 11,000 miles on their stock Dunlop 401s, and on Tuesday I'm getting Dunlop American Elites. Supposedly they have greater longevity and are more capable in various weather conditions. Thank you for continued, insightful content.

1:32 Found this out the hard way. Didn't realise I had a slow puncture in my rear and by the time I noticed it, the tyre developed quite a nice flat ring :/

I had a screw in a water channel of the rear on a set of brand new pirelli’s… I patched it and planned to replace it but ended up putting an entire season and a half of wear on it without issue. I wouldn’t typically recommend it… but that specific time, it held fine until I was ready for a new set due to wear. In retrospect it wasn’t the best of ideas. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyway… good video. Thanks.

Hola Andrei, todavia viviendo en Argentina? Bienvenido!! Alguna sugerencia seria excelente. Hello Andrei, still living in Argentina? Welcome!! I live in Neuquen, Patagonia Argentina. Your videos have been very useful to me. I bought a RE Interceptor 650 with 7,000 km on it and I think it's time to change the tires. Although the motorcycle is not designed for off road, I think that it should include some with more tread (on/off road) because we always have to take a gravel road in these parts. What do you think? Here you can find Metzeler, Rinaldi and Pirelli. Any suggestion would be great.

I lowered my seat and adjusted my forks, to suit my 170lbs. Now my body is balanced better on it. No more weight on my wrists under load. just when breaking. 2015 GSXR 750.

Tires are the thing that makes the most difference. My wife's car is a Ford Escape 2.0 turbo. I put some Nitto NT 555's On it. She makes sports cars try. I live in Florida, I do not ride in the rain. I have that luxury. So, I am rolling on Michelin Pilot power cups.

Size matters. My daughters Grom with little tiny wheels is awful. I noticed years ago with mini bikes, terrible traction off road, those tiny wheels again. Trail bikes, standard tyres, terrible traction. Knobby tyres, hard terrain compound is OK on the road. Soft terrain or cheap Asian knobbies terrible on road, compound is too hard.
