Rob! I really enjoy your new camping Chanel but these are the type of videos that made me fall in love with your content!! Great video and makes me wish I was doing the same thing with my friends! I love your drone shots and POV shots, but it's the banter and interaction with your "the boys' that is the best! Thank you for all the effort you put into these, we love them!

Don't go for the Tenere Rob. Just get the 1200 scrambler XC or XE, stick some different tyres on it, and you will be able to do anything those tenere boys do off road and more. Stick with premium Triumph 👌 🤙. Great content btw👍

And there's even on handlebar GoPro controls - mind you it's still a big beast, and I think I'd cry if I dropped one. Personal choice I'd keep the Triumph Street Scrambler and pick up a secondhand DRZ650 that I wouldn't be afraid to crash.
@MotoFeelz2 жыл бұрын
I’ve taken out the 1200 scrams for a ride and they didn’t really do it for me. Part of the reason for going T7 is so that I’m not stressing so much when I drop it, and parts are way cheaper and more accessible. I’ll still be keeping the scram no matter what though. Love the thing!

That ride home will be something you never forget for sure. Cannot even imagine what it would feel like hearing it stall solo on a track like that without being able to start it again. Makes for great viewing though! Booked in for my learners this Friday thanks to this channel haha

Hi Rob, I know that area of the Tallarook Forest well. It is easy to get into trouble on one of those tracks. They are worn out, steep and get worse in wet weather. Well done on getting through.

Nice video Rob. Boy, I felt your stress levels when you took that shortcut and the terrain got tougher and tougher. Lucky it was all downhill and you didn't have to do any tricky hill climbs as well... that would have sure added to the stress of not stalling. You are at an interesting crossroads. Looks like you are falling in love with Adventure bike riding, but your Scrambler is gorgeous, but made more for "urban scrambling" than serious adventure. It makes such a difference when you move to a really capable offroad bike... it takes all the stress out of riding on dirt and you just enjoy the offroad so much more. I will be interested to see how your riding adventures evolve.

The Scrambler is a nice bike, but it’s not designed for the type of adv riding you’re doing. The lack of ground clearance/ suspension set up are reasons enough to be looking at an adventure bike. Ride safe, enjoying your content.

You're forgetting the Street Scrambler is a 900cc, and Rob's pre-2019 model comes with the princely sum of 54 horses in a 213kg package compared to the T7's 72 poneys weighing in at 205kg In almost every way the Yammie is the better bike than the Trumpet, the question is - does it have soul?
