"Don't move man, when the emts show up they will put a c collar on you" and all that crap. Then they show up, ask if his ok, does he want medical treatment or an ambulance and he says no and they are like "ok" lol.

He could’ve paralyzed that snapper by holding it by its tail. NEVER PICK UP TURTLE OF ANY KIND BY ITS TAIL. Hold it on its sides with its bottom side supported. If you pick up a snapper or any turtle by its tail, it could become paralyzed

Kelly Joiner Paralysis could effect those turtles/snappers for life, they couldn’t survive in nature. They would either die a slow death because they cant get to what they need to survive. Alongside that, they are basically doomed. They could get eaten by something in nature. Yes, getting hit by a car is bad, but do you think that suffering the rest of your life is worth it? By grabbing them by their shell, keeping them balanced, and moving them over just a tiny bit the way their going, you’ve succeeded at giving that turtle/snapper a life, giving that creature the ability to move. What you’re saying is that its better to paralyze them then to save it. I don’t think anyone would agree with that statement. Save the turtles/snappers. Don’t paralyze them.

Its not too bad on a baby because they don't weigh much but don't do it to an adult it isn't good for them. Grab them by the shells behind the back legs. Best bet with a snapper though is just try to scoot it or motivate it to move on its own if you can. I see a lot of people on these videos kicking them and throwing too. Don't do that either. Turtles are not as tough as they look. They don't handle drops and shocks all that well.

these videos are great but you really should check the volumes. the start and endings are WAY too loud compared to the rest of the video you should really run them through a compressor to bring all of the volumes to a similar level a lot of video editing software will have a compressor built in. (usually under tools audio effects and filters) this will make the quiet parts louder and the louder parts quieter. I'm finding I constantly have to keep adjusting the volume while watching your videos at night
