If I ever see a dog or a kitty on the road I am stopping and taking them with me and keeping them till their feed and rested

before keeping them, try to figure out, if they have an owner, because if you keep them, and there are owners who search them, that is a lot of pain you put them through. Go to the next veterinarian first, make a post on social media. Just keeping them is btw also a crime, as long they have owner and the owner wants it back, you basically stole someones property if you just keep it.

The biker who found the puppy should have taken it to a vet first, then he could have offered to look after it when the injuries were treated.

I know the biker saved the dog but he shouldn’t have picked him up immediately, he should’ve let him rest because he most likely in a lot pain.

Just like humans, after an accident, most of the time, you shouldn't move until professional help arrives, you could have internal injuries, which get worse, when you move.
