He claimed my fault, I offered to resolve the issue on the spot if he recognizes his blame but no, we went to the police station, i invited him to file the report first and sign it, then I "remembered" I had a dash cam. He lost the right to drive for 90 days and was given a very heavy fine, and I think he was investigated for attempted fraud and lying in official documents.

Admittedly that guy in the car at 7:56 was INSANELY dangerous in their driving, why were there a bunch of bikers going like 35 in a 65? Especially on a freeway, that's incredibly dangerous. I love how motorcyclists like this get so pissed off when cars don’t see them because they run up at a high rate of speed and they act all “he almost killed me!”. But then they go back and ride wreck less in order to start a confrontation. As a biker myself, if you didn’t go to class to learn or actually be a serious rider, then don’t ride like an idiot like most of these “bikers” do. You ride defensive and you always keep yourself out of harms way. Your ability to react and the cars ability to see you are minimal when you ride stupid.
