I love how when we get pulled over we tend to over explain every question. Cop: Where are you coming from? You: I rode up from my brother in laws house to fix his generator that Home Depot sold to him, not telling him it was broken, so i have to go to my buddy james' house to get his generator to subsitutue it for the other one, but his wife Dawna and him are in a bit of a fight right now and she has the generator so getting it is gonna be quite of an issue.

I have a permit. In California at least, u cant have a moto license till youre 21. With the permit u cant drive at dark, freeways, or have a pasenger (unless the passenger has a moto license). U also have to take a riders couse if youre 16-20. +21 could go straight to the dmv and legally drive. But the riders course waivers the DMV driving test which could be harder for beginners. hope that answers youre question
