The explanation regarding ‘Multiplier Formula” in simple language is excellent. According to this “If the injured claimant is able to prove that he has suffered a loss of allocation or loss of earning capacity as a result of which he is not able to continue the same job after the accident, then it is the case for multiplier formula”. Sir. Mera accident hua tha 2016 ma 100% disabled ho gya hu 5 saal se bed pr hu dr. Bhi bol rhe h ab puri life wheelchair pr hi cutegi apki. 😭Maine truck walo ki complaint ki thi ab unka case insurance company lad rhi h.. mare ilaj ma 25 lakh rupees ab tak lag chuke h mujhe aage ilaj k liye paise chaiye to mujhe kitna compansation mill sakta h... Mare pass 100% disablity certificate bhi h..

मान्यवर , नमस्कार, एक एक्सीडेंट में पार्टी ने मेरे गाडी का नंबर लिखवा दिया है, जबकि वास्तव में मेरी गाडी का कोई एक्सीडेंट नहीं हुआ है. जब मैंन दूसरे दिन के अखबार चेक किये तो उसमे लिखा था कि लोडिंग ऑटोवाले ने एक्सीडेंट किया है और उसी दें जब्ती भी हो गयी है. तो फिर मैं यह जानना चाहता हूँ कि मेरी टैक्सी गाडी पर FIR क्यों कि गयी है ? मैं DGP साहब से मिलकर उन्हें लिखित शिकायत भी दे चूका हूँ तथा SP साहब को भी लिखित दे चूका जिसमे फुटेज के बारे में लिखा है। लेकिन अदालत में ठीक एक महीने बाद चालान पेश हो चूका है। क्या मैं अखवार की न्यूज़ अदालत में पेश कर सकता हूँ ? कृपया बताने का कष्ट करे।
