I have been using a lab scope for years. When my old scope crapped out I felt naked till I got my new one, actually my third one. I enjoy viewing presentations cause no matter how good you are you can always learn something new. Even if it is just one thing.

My first scope was an old UEI model, the same as the Snap-on LS2000. It worked great but had no capability of recording data for later review. Then I added Pico to my toolbox and have been very happy with it. I've also used the Snap-on 4 channel and the ATS EScope. All were capable tools. Oh yeah, I have the uScope too! Great little one channel, pocket sized scope that is great for catching a quick pattern. You can find out more about them all here: Pico: www.picoauto.com/ Snap-on: www1.snapon.com/diagnostics/us/productindex.htm EScope: www.automotivetestsolutions.com/escope-pro.html uScope: www.aeswave.com/uScope-Master-Kit-1-channel-automotive-scope-p9273.html
