Thanks for the instruction, i did it in just over 1 hour, easier on right hand drive as everything is up the other way so bolts are on bottom not on top T25 torx fitted my bolts for anyone needing to know

@@aahmed7292 no I made sure the wheel didn’t turn by resting the steering wheel on the seat as I changed the bush, all aligned ok

I replace the coupling 5 months ago myself the dealership didn’t believe me that it was a couple problem they swore up and down that the steering shaft was messed up. Smh

Did you have to do something with computer to introduce the new part after the replacement?

@@mahmutkayaalt2169 no I didn’t. I just replaced the coupler and put everything back together and it drove good as new. But highly disappointed how they just used a cheap o rubber piece.

I have made the same thing but no i have ,,ESP OFF" lightning ? Do you have any idea what the problem is?

Have you disconnected your battery? The ESP OFF light shows every time after you disconnect the battery, since I understand the vehicle has to learn some parameters regarding the steering angle sensor. You have to drive normally for a few blocks, turn off the vehicle and then turn it on again. The ESP OFF light shouldn't turn on again

@@Ruche2009 hello thanks for the information but it did not worked. I went to the hyundai shop and they calibrate the steering angle sensor and now it is gone :)

am not sure if mine has the same problem its not this loud and i can feel it when i touch the tires and have someone swing the steering could this be the same issue before i begin to tear down the steering thanks guys for any contribution

Worn steering coupling. Clicking noise coming from between steering wheel and steering column. This is a familiar problem with Hyundai Sonata and Elantra between 2011 to 2014. Hyundai has a TSB for this fault.

Replace it. Once you take everything apart the coupler will be all over the place
