From bearings datasheet For ball bearings - approx 0.02 For roller bearings - approx 0.05 Between dry finish steel plates - 0.1 to 0.5

I'm not sure about bag. but you can surely customize t shirt, there are a lots of online t-shirt printing stores. (Here I can't publish someone else logo on merchandise, that would not be appropriate)

The cylinder will accelerate only at the start of the stroke, not throughout the whole stroke. It will accelerate and then decelerate.

Yes, maybe because air will not feed with the same speed, this is why i have mentioned - it depends on air flow rate
