Owned a gixxer for 3.5 years and is running very well without any problems. Yes, Suzuki India service are worst in some places even here in Guwahati as well. From the first day of my bike delivery i got lots of issues regarding tight gears, front alloy bent, lack of top speed etc etc.. finally solved all the problems and i have a good habit of maintaining things well. So far its been running smooth and thus clocked 40k + kms.

It depends on which factor when u say that TVS is a best brand in India .. If u talk about sales point of view... Hero Honda Bajaj Occupies 1-3 position .. If you talk about in terms of stylish ..and youth's favourite .. Then Yamaha and Suzuki .. There used to b a time around 10-15 years ago when people don't have a choice ..they used to end up buying pulsar 220 or Apache 180 or Karizma..but then comes Yamaha ..people going for r15 fz and fazer..then come Honda cbr 150 and 250 ..after that comes pulsar 200ns and duke 200 and then comes Suzuki gixxer and gixxer sf... Now the youth interest in Yamaha and Suzuki and little bit of Bajaj and ktm.. Even TVS launched 200 cc rtr 4v but 200 ns is better than tvs..now tvs 310 is so expensive ..I wonder that people gonna buy it..they will still go for duke 390 or rc 390.. I liked Apache 180 and160 cc..and this 310 is looking good but that's it only..it's jut another copy from BMW..and with overpriced ..it's not gonna sell that much.. They should have kept underpriced like dominar..than Kuch Ho sakta tha but ..sorry ship has sailed already .. So as I was saying earlier in terms of stylish.. Yamaha Suzuki Bajaj Ktm Will rule this segment so in my case TVS is not a best brand..it was used to b with Apache 160 cc and Apache 180 cc only around 15 years ago but not now..and I can't say about new scooter or scooty yet which they have launched this year but let's c in future Ki how that scooty perform ..active Aur access se aage nikalti hai ya nahi ..!

Jithin joseph lol that's because the KTMs have been in India for 6 years now, everyone is seen them and people don't feel special when they see one. On the other hand, the RR310 is a new bike and everyone wants it for showoff, hence the large numbers of bookings. Talking about being affordable, the 310 costs 2.5lakh here in Dehradun, Uttrakhand and the RC390 is 2.58 lakhs, so not much of a margin with the 390 being a better performance bike.
