I have rode both on highway long drive . Fz is not even near. In city you will feel fz is little better but in highway there's lot of power lag. Infact my fz25 friend ia going to sell his bike😅

That's because yamaha offers a more relaxing posture than suzuki .. the Gixxer on the other hand is sportier. And offers better performance and handling as well.. as a gixxer owner i can say this .. the corner speeds of both the gixxer siblings are ridiculous. Even the 155 corners at 80 kmph with ease ..

So finally they wanted to do marketing for Dominar 250 btw I too have Gixxer 250 with near 10 k on odo it's been 6 months after I sold my re and bought it and I love every way the bike the way it's been presented to a customer , the quality of the engine and the DID 520VF Chain sprocket , and those 1000 kms plus long trip and the bike never shown heating issues till date even not having any cooling fins , all just by an oil cooler , and I too have attended a lot of maintenance training by suzuki as a technician ( the quality of the engine is something no 250s can offer in india )

The chain being from D.I.D. doesn't make a difference now does it. Basically all chains are internally lubricated, and the only difference I can see is maybe the did chain is built better but, I really don't think so because it's an oem part on a beginner bike that's under 3 lakhs, cost cutting is at par for the course, like RE did with the Pirelli Phantom Sportcomps on their 650 twins. Unless the chain has an x or z ring internal seal, no difference. And I've worked as a technician too, multiple places, all the way from KTM to Bharat Benz. So can you please explain why you think the engine quality is much better than any of the other options in the market today?

Thanks guys Literally searched everywhere to find a drag between fz25 n gixxer250 Was confused between fz25 n Gixxer250 Fz misses out on the 6th gear But 4th n 5th gears are pretty tall And highway can cruise comfortably at 100-120 120-130 is quite a climb And anything above 130 needs a loooong highway Haven't taken Gixxer to the limit but guess it's got a slightly more topspeed But dual channel abs Side stand engine cut off sensor Yamaha reliability Fuel economy of 36-42kmpl (tested) All at on road price of 1.7 lakh was the more sensible option. And 0-100 I think it's at par with any 250 in the current market. So yea got more budget and no Yamaha love , Gixxer is perfect But for some of us it's yes! Yamaha!

What should be trye pressure for front and rear tyre......i have fzs25 bs6 .... front is 110/70 and rear is 150/60 ...i upgraded to Apollo alpha h1 And in owners manual it is 25 psi for front 100/80 and for rear it is 29 psi for my 140/70 for my previous stock tyre but as i have changed it to 110/70 and 150/60, now also should we follow the tyre pressure given in owners manual which is for stock tyres ?
