Looking forward to watching today's two videos (by you and by James) on the Axopar 29, which was already my fave Axopar! And well done on voting the Pearl 72 and the Marex 440 as award winners!!!

Thanks for this video, to hear directly from one of the co- founders and designers. He's very enthusiastic as are you. So much new design from big to little changes has gone into the boat. She is very versatile. Great video I hope Axapar lets you have a test drive soon to put her through her paces.

love the evolution of this brand, can't wait to see what they can do when I can actually afford one!

1. A very good and enthousiastic presentation. 2. Many bit bigger console bosts like in the US are more party like boats but this is coming close. 3. Seeing Axopar I think also about Windy, two very reliable rugged brands. 4. A very good price value ratio. Also from driving abilities this bost is going to make you feel vdry happy.

No better salesman than the owner himself. I know there are just a few people not being a company owner who really can sell, do the story in a similar way still sounding very trustworthy, but they are rare to find.

So many other boat manufacturers including the very large ones can learn from Axopar and their innovative designs and creative thinking

The Axopar 29 looks GREAT! I’m a big fan of center consoles, but the cross cabin may be the best of both worlds for fishability and comfort. I would consider a sun top if the windshield went all the way up. That would be an AWESOME feature, and would make it very similar to a nice center console. I will never buy a sun top as is. It really looks like the top of the windshield would be right in your line of sight. Will definitely go with the cross cabin.

Any idea on how to install a trolling motor at the bow??

Looking at the 28 and 29. The 29 needs a dinner table in the pilot house like the 28. And be nice to at least have a single bed in the pilot house. Don't care fir t new bathroom but it will do. Not a fan of the new box arrangement either. But, the new fuel tank size and new hull are all welcome. Hoping for some other updates on the 29.

This would never even be close for me to consider buying. Poor designing. Who would crap where they sleep. Horrible

Totally useless. Not even a separate heads, on 29-footer?! Also, where's the grill/hob and sink? Yamarin DC 88 all the way.

Very different types of boats, this is a walkaround design that focuses on more usable deckspace at the expense of cabin space, it has a full separate seating/subathing area at the bow. It's more focused on dayboating or as it is very popular in scandinavia and finland, commuting. I think you should look at the front cabin as a separate toilet with enough space to sleep in if you REALLY have to, like your kid having a nap, but i'd take a more permanent toilet/washbasin and storage with no sleeping solution. The wetbar is in prototype stage he shows it at the crosscabin. The DC88 is a great boat a true weekender with proper cabin and toilet, very different style. If you want the walkaround/adventure style with weekender cabin with separate toilet and better wetbar, take a look at the RYCK 280 or the Dromeas 28WA. They might not suit your needs, but i wouldn't dismiss them as useless, they are respected and popular for good reason.

@@adiaz2494 So you are saying Axopar is just using the available space poorly, as it doesn't offer 'more' in any category, just 'less' really. The bow of the Yamarin is easily accessible and spacious for sunbathing, the Axopar has no advantage there through its wasteful walkaround design. The Yamarin also seats the same number of people and the wet bar looks much more usable. And then the cabin... I know all the boats you mention, probably better than you, given your strange, factually incorrect perception of the Axopar. The Yamarin still reigns supreme, closely followed by Finnmaster T9 and Flipper DC 900. Competitors from Beneteau and Jeanneau offer even more space, but sit too tall in the water for my liking.
@adiaz249411 ай бұрын
@@TheUrbanEpicure No, that's not what I'm saying, you really are blinded by your own preconception. It seats 4-6 in the bow with a table that transform into a sunbed the Yamarin only offers a sunbathing area to 2-3 people, they use the space in their bow differently for a different purpose, if you can't see it you may want to work a bit on your "factual perception". The walkaround design offer easier movement with safe high bulwarks from bow to stern, meaning you're in the boat all the time, not on it. These are two different designs with different priorities resulting in boats in different categories.....Given your dogged determenation to compare apples to oranges, walkaround adventureboats to cabin cruisers, I'm not gonna take your supposed expertise at face value, sorry....

@TheUrbanEpicure : You don’t have any clue about boating and how to use the space. This Axopar 29 is truly innovative. The seating area at the back, with the enless options is perfect. The bow is very well design, the fuel efficiency is impressive, the price is reasonable, the open roof is huge, ..l If you don’t like this Axopar 29 and you don’t see the innovation I do recommend one or all the following actions: - buy new glasses - watch the video again at reduced spped. I would advise to watch the video with an adult that can explain you what you see. - change the hobby, caravaning, gardening, cooking, …
