Today I would like to introduce our another powerful item, LX-BT2WAY. It is a Class 1 Bluetooth two-way radio adapter based on Bluetooth Intercom technology. Working with our various adapters, users can connect various two-way radios in the market with the BT2WAY and connect wirelessly to a variety of Bluetooth communication headsets.
It has two more AUX input ports for wired connection of non-Bluetooth devices such as GPS, radar detector, laser
detector, MP3 player or non-Bluetooth mobile phone. Along with the LX-BT2WAY and the Bluetooth communication headsets, users can wirelessly talk by phone or by two-way radio at the same time, listen to the radar detector alarm or GPS voice guidance.
OK, let me show you how to use the BT2WAY, it is just easy & friendly to all the users.
Firstly, we need to pair the BT2WAY with the Bluetooth communication headsets that you have. For example, we will try it with our LX-R4 Safe Chatter.
Power on both units, then press & hold the BT button of the BT2WAY for 6 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately to enter the pairing mode, it is same that we will do for the LX-R4 to enter the pairing mode. Then short press the BT button again and wait until the LED turns to blue blinking, then the pairing is completed.
Secondly, Wired Connect the BT2WAY to Two Way Radios & other devices
Use the supplied two way radio cable to connect it with the two way radio, and the 3.5mm audio cable to connect it with the GPS or Radar Detect & etc.
Then mount the BT2WAY on the left handlebar or grip with the supplied velcro.
Normally we defaultly to supply the Motorola 2 pin adapter cable, while we have some more two way radio cable for optional purchase, they are for KENWOOD 2pin, I-COM 2pin, Motorola 1pin and etc.
After it is well installed, short press the BT button to wirelessly connect the BT2WAY with the LX-R4, you will hear a certain sound to let you know that they are well connected. Then you can hear the conversation from the two way radio group, and press the big PTT button to talk.
As you can see, the main unit is small enough for you to install on the handlebar or grip and the PTT button is big enough for you to control with glove on.
To disconnect the BT2WAY with the LX-R4 bluetooth headsets, short press the BT button again and you can hear a certain sound too.
Finally the BT2WAY can cover such a variety of applications including motorcycle CB communications, outdoor sports activities, event security, hunting,motorsports pit crew and other forms of intercom communications.

When you did the audio test did you had another BT helmet headset paired to the BT2Way? Does the transmit radio require VOX to be activated? Thanks

humaxf1 yes, we have another BT helmet headsets paired to the BT2WAY.we don't need the transmit radio to activate the VOX, but use the PTT button the BT2WAY to push to talk.
