As someone in the motorcycle community the bottom rocker represents the state of the dominant club. There are protocols when it comes to the MC world

@@adamontario2834 are you bonkers? "The respect they deserve"? Deserved it how exactly? By trying to bully nonMC rider to follow MC rules? Bullying is never a going to get you respect. The true spirit of motorcycles is to ride free from all the everyday bs and following someone elses rules that have nothing to do with me doesnt sound much like freedom to me.

The issue comes in because you're claiming territory with the bottom rocker that's what the three-piece rocker means top is your club middle is your logo per se and the bottom is what territory you claim that's why biker wars happen because of turf

Here are a few synonyms for "etiquette": civility, code, convention, customs, rules etc. Does anyone else notice that these so-called "outlaws" aren't really outlaws at all? It is an asinine oxymoron and a misnomer for one to refer to themselves as an outlaw and then immediately launch into all of the rules, laws, regulations that one must follow when riding anywhere near them. Even more bewildering is the fact that these so-called outlaws are quite frequently so incensed at anything approaching a trespass of their sacred trademark that they've hired lawyers to defend them in courts of LAW all over the world.
@rickybobby67609 ай бұрын
Nobody deserves respect or 'etiquette' because they ride with a club...particularly not one that tries to get respect with violence. Your reaction when those goons were yelling at you ("why??") Was the correct one. I don't recall reading in my motorcycle handbook or hearing in my training that somehow, if approached by another motorxycle (versus a car, who apparently have no impact on the safety of such a pack) that this was necessary. The public is becoming less tolerant of this nonsense, which is whythe wearing of 'colors' will also be recognized for what it is...a threat of violence.

Great to get your take on the interaction with an outlaw biker club. There was no need for the driver/passengers of the white SUV to give you grief. Their vehicle had no Pagan identifying logos on it, so they should know drivers would assume the SUV is not associated w/ the club. Besides, if they were Pagan's, why weren't they on bikes, lol. Anyway, the Pagan captain was already cool with you. BTW, even if the club is a 1%er, the outlaw stigma isn't 100% criminal members. Any club has good people.

@ladyjrider6669 ай бұрын
I don't understand why a non club motorcyclist would express disdain for bike clubs, but then make themselves look like them. A bottom rocker indicates territory. Band patches and even a patch for your city or town, but why a rocker? Doesn't make sense.
@OldGuyRidin9 ай бұрын
Let me see, why do non-basketball wear shoes meant for basketball? I ride a motorcycle. I'm a Grateful Dead fan. What's the problem with letting people know that? I hope you weren't any debate teams. Your logic sucks.
@ladyjrider6669 ай бұрын
@@OldGuyRidin grateful dead is not the bottom rocker debate. Bands, rallies, bike related. All fine. Bottom rocker is a design bike clubs use and made. As for name calling, you put this up for discussion. Or you could have switched off comments.
@OldGuyRidin9 ай бұрын
No name calling was done. A statement concerning logic in the discussion was. I researched the patch history. Once I did that, I contacted several motorcycle clubs (both legal and outlaw), asking if the lower rocker that I received reading 'MARYLAND' , the state in which I grew up, would be a problem. Both legal and outlaw clubs got back to me stating it would be best if I not wear it. I sent a picture of the upper and middle patches and got the okay. My argument is why shouldn't non-club riders have the option of an upper and middle patch? It's not a matter of emulating motorcycle club patches. It's a matter, for me, of letting people know I'm a DEADHEAD. Like I stated earlier, non-basketball players wear basketball shoes, Non-football players wear football jerseys. I get the lower rocker thing. That being said, the clubs gave me a thumbs up on the upper and middle.
