To correctly mount the indicator bar, mark the start of the bar movement.
Carefully remove the indicator and clean the parts with lukewarm water, dishwashing detergent and brush.
Lubricate the nut when assembling.
To the panel of the Km clock, gear shift (N), for signal and headlamp

You can use led size and colors according to your request.
I used 3mm, green for N, red for signal, white led for headlight.

Print on adhesive paper.
Sand the Km panel to prepare for bonding and clean with acetone.
Dimension your output and carefully glue it to the mileage panel.
Cut out the gaps using a cretar.
Insert the leds into the holes and secure them with the Japanese adhesive.
Twist the minus (-) ends of the leds and solder to each other as a single end.
Connect the resistor to the positive (+) terminals of the leds to work directly with 12v.
I used 560 ohm resistor for green, red leds, 100 kohm for white leds.
Long enough to extend from the positive (+) ends and the common minus (-) end of the leds to the outside of the dial,
Solder the cables in colors.
To protect the connections, use tubing and hot silicone.
Secure the cables with a wire
Stick the shattered light reflector around the dial.
Drill a hole in the back cover of the dial and route the cables through the hole.
Use hot silicone and tubing to tie the cables.
Leave the original indicator bar of the Km clock, or use your imagination to do it again.
I used my credit card because of its shiny surface (it doesn't work for ANYWHERE).
I used a black pencil contour around it to cast a shadow.
When installing the indicator bar, make sure it is at the first starting point you have marked.
Sand and clean the very worn, rusted inner and outer case and parts of the Km clock
and get ready to paint.
Paint and varnish the case and parts of the indicator clock to the desired color.
I used cellulosic matt black and matt varnish.
As the light will be reflected from the inner walls of the km clock, it is necessary to restore it.
To do this, sand and clean the interior walls of the km / h.
Attach the adhesive aluminum tape to the interior walls. You can find this tape in hardware stores.
Bring together the mileage.
If there is a stalling place when mounting, touch up the paint with the brush.
I used the plastic wood centering rod for the km reset lever of the km clock.

I used the rubber part of a jack to make it watertight, and the tubing around the rod.
