@@es4forty892 He hit the throttle with the clutch pulled in. Instead of braking and steering, he chose to do, "Biker rage vroomy sound". That time is what caused him to crash. Car was at fault legally, but when your little rage sounds take precedence over your safety, You are an idiot.

11:21 No the car was NOT 100% at fault, the biker was, The car pulled out when the intersection was clear. The biker immediately jumped on the gas the second the light turned green, recognized the potential for an accident, began shaking his head, rev bombed, accelerated, but never hit the brakes or even moved out of the way. There are so many steps the biker could have taken to avoid this, but there is only so much you can do to prevent someone from running into the back of your car

when your right your right, if he tried to turn into the correct lane this would have never happened. ive been in the opposite situation on my motorcycle and i could tell we both felt kind of dumb but we just went our separate ways after exchanging thumbs up

@@rllr1117 no I didn't. Common sense is not strong with you is it? Someone swerves into your lane and instead of moving to the right, you stand your ground and get hit. The other vehicle will be at fault, but you probably could've avoided it. That's the same thing here. If he slowed down a little bit more, he could've avoided it. It is still however the cars fault as they entered the intersection on a red light and did not make sure traffic was clear.

at 11:25, the car is in the wrong, but the rider is a total newb. First thing when you get on a motorcycle after getting license is to learn to safely panic brake. It will save your life in the long run.

@@strictlyformyninja - Where I'm at when the insurance companies assign fault, like they would in this case, they look at what each driver could have done to avoid the collision. Matt had every opportunity to avoid the collision instead he chose to have a collision. For that reason I would argue this was Matt's fault. This is insurance scam quality stuff. Matt is like the NBA player who goes crashing backwards to the floor trying to draw the foul when the guy guarding him didn't even touch him. Total scam artist.
