In this motorcycle training figure 8 box exercise video I will cover doing the figure 8 exercise inside a box. I think the figure 8 exercise is the bread and butter of all exercises because it allows you to work on all the fundamentals. You can work on throttle control, friction zone, head and eye movement, handlebar lock and counter weighting. In this video I will cover 2 mistakes I think riders make when practicing this exercise. I will walk you through the exercise and do a demo ride.
