The Victorian High Country in autumn is a magical place to ride, fantastic views, great roads and plenty of great eateries to visit for a great meal. The Great Alpine Road is no doubt one of the best motorcycle roads to ride in Australia, in this episode we start the ride in Bright, Victoria and ride all the way up to Mount Hotham, the second highest road in Australia

This is the first video I have seen on your channel. Do you want some feedback? Your audio is very low in comparison to the music overlay. The drone footage yes is great. We all love drones with the perspective that they give us. I am not sure if your wife/partner etc has much input and time in your other videos but it would be nice to hear from her as well. Having the luxury of a pillion I would imagine that it would be an ideal opportunity for footage with a different perspective. Just a thought. You mentioned some people would be travelling with that day and we were never introduced to them. All of a sudden there was a Bikes behind you with a pillion and one in front. Maybe I would need to see other videos to know who they are. Stay safe and thanks for the upload

Cheers and thanks for the feedback, check out a few of the later videos, sometimes the others don’t really want to be on camera, it’s all a learning process, Elaine has a lot more involvement in the later videos and we’ve upgraded the microphones, audio is a constant battle on motorcycles and it’s also made harder as KZbin compresses the videos once they are uploaded so what sounds good in the editing becomes less so once uploaded, thanks for watching and thanks for the comprehensive feedback, much appreciated

Once again if you turned your camera around and show the roads and scenery instead of the camera being on you all the time it would be much better,even when you stop to see lookouts you are Infront of the camera

@@adamlee9071 not taking it the wrong way mate, just the way I like to film, I like to talk to the viewer, that’s just my style, some like it, some don’t, some guys film and don’t use drones, I like to, some film facing forward all the time, I prefer watching channels like itchy boots or The motorcycle travel channel or million dollar bogan who change it up a bit, thanks again for watching

@@TheHarleyRoadshow sure are Paul , love doing the ride we call over the top, generally from Bairnsdale, Omeo , Hotham to bright is the way we go , but both ways are the bomb, haven’t got to the mitta mitta pub yet but it’s on my bucket list , gonna be 20 degrees this tues on my day off and the bikes coming out for a blat up the Grampians 👍
