Three days ago I was on my Honda ADV clutch propeller deformed and my engine block slipped, it must be a serial error because the supplier told me that they sold quite a few of these clutch propellers last year. I am very disappointed with the Honda, as the engine is only two years old and has 17,000km on it. Such mistakes never happened so early on older scooters

동일한 엔진 사용하는 포르자350운행중인데요. 이놈 구동계 소음... 그냥 그려려니 하고 타야됩니다.. 장점도많지만 단점도 많네요 ㅎㅎ

저도 무던한 성격이라 그냥 타는스타일인데...ㅎㅎㅎ 하지만 방문 하는손님 몇몇을 보니... 엄청 예민한 사람들이 많더라구요 작은 소리뿐만이 아니고, 조금거슬리는것을 못보는 분들이....센터 사장은 안해도 된다는데...자꾸 돈을들이고 멀정한 부속도 바꾸는 부자들도 있습니다,..

@@MotorcycleRepair ㅎㅎ 죄송합니다 제가 그렇더라구요 아무래도 업으로 타다보니 하루종일 그런소음에 시달려서 그러는거같습니다 xmax는 구동계 소음이 좀 덜하다고해서 기변할까 고민중입니다

Поверхность башмаков сцепления становится зеркальной и глазурной и твёрдой и появляется этот звук и вибрация при срабатывании сцепления при движении. ХОНДА проблему не признаёт и по гарантии не устраняет. У меня АДВ350 и это появилось после пробега 5000 км.

Bizim ülkeye daha yeni geldi usta bana gelirse yapacağım bakımını bende yeni kasa forza ile aynı varyatorler aynı debriyaj gibi duruyor varyatör büyük baskı balata küçük yine sıkıntılı sistem gibi görünüyor debriyaj kaçırır titreşim sorunu olur yine.

다소 소리가 큰것을 좋아 하는 이들이 종종있습니다. 다행이 최근엔 머플러 교체를 하려면 구조 변경 승인을 받아야 하기에...예전처럼 무식하 사운드가 큰 머플러는 장착하지 못하게 되었죠😀

If i had a weird noise on my bike first thing i'd do is remove every single thing i added to it, like those red plates the owner put on some places.

Could it be the top cover/fan of the vario is scratching on the housing when at full rpm (when vario weights are fully out)?

@@Martin4o72 Normally, the fan pulley doesn't move, in or out, but only rotates. The other pulley with the weights/ rollers is the one pushed. The mechanic didn't mention anything, but I suspect the smartass owner who put all that bling, bling on the bike, stick his nose to the variator, attempting to do more ”tuning” on the bike. Probably, saw this kind of job is beyond his capabilities, and put all back together, but slightly f--ked up mounting the pulley, didn't tighten its bolt correctly and enough and it is possible that the fan came in contact with the casing., causing those marks, vibrations and noise. Then he went to workshop, probably whining. I am not sure, but the scooter might be still in warranty, and this repair workshop does make repairs under warranty. The owner maybe thought if there are parts he might damaged, he could have them replaced under warranty. But, these are only my suppositions. To me it seemed the mechanic unscrewed both the variator bolt and the clutch nut too easy with that impact drive machine, which may be a clue.

Thank you for the video! I need to buy a torq wrench to do some work on my SH350 transmission. Any idea how powerful it should be to unscrew and not overtighten the bolts?

In some countries there are a fault with clutch screws. They broke. Honda knows this issue.

Will the adv 350 variator and clutch be compatible with forza 350?The reason I ask this is that in our country it comes as Forza 250 and they made the clutch small and its lifespan was short. There is an ADV 350 in our country and I wonder if the variator and clutch are compatible. If so, I will buy an adv 350 compatible clutch and install it on the forza 250.

aynı durumdan ben de muzdaribim. Dış koruma muhafazası içi geniş yani büyüğe göre 350liklerin arka varyatörüne göre üretilmiş ama iç tas büyük. Çok büyük ihtimalle uygun gibi görünüyor. Siz denediniz mi?

@@78engintekin Hayır hocam daha denemedim. Dediğiniz gibi bencede 350 adv'nin varyatör ve debriyaj uyumludur diye düşünüyorum. Advler daha yeni olduğu için herhangi bir motorcu da varyatör bakımı yaptıran daha yok denk gelirse deneyeceğim.

Die Ursache für das seltsame Geräusch war... Die Schraube, die Motor und Schalldämpfer verbindet, war locker. Ich habe diese Schraube festgezogen und das Problem war gelöst.

볼트요? 어떤 볼트를 말씀하시는건지..모르겠습니다. 혹..클러치 아우터에 있는너트를 말씀하시는 것인가요? 이 너트는 내경 14mm 니까..19mm 소켓을 사용하면 될것입니다.

간단하게는 ...클러치 조절로 해결이 될 수도 있습니다만..최악으로는 미션을 수리해야 할 수도 있습니다. 그리고 스타터는 내부 기어를 한번 살펴 보아야 할듯보입니다.

오~~저 대림Q3 1년 넘게 방수포 씌워서 세워놨는데 지난달 보니까 하부가운데서 투명한 맹물이 한방울씩 떨어져요 하루지나니까 안떨어짐.... 불붙여봤는데 휘발류 아니고 부동액도 아닌데 ....이거 시동걸어도 되는건가요... 하부에 플라스틱 커버있고 가운데 십자볼트에서떨어지던데...거기가 무슨부위일까요 ?? 무서워서 열어보지못함

Torque wrench, Service manual, and Loctite 243 on bolt threads to prevent loosening. All these are foreign language to you.

have 75000km on my sh300i, change belt 3 times and the clutch once. Never used torq wrench nor loctite and works better than when was honda doing the service...
