MOTORHOME MAKEOVER for £150

We recently went to view some motorhomes with a view to trading ours in. They were very beautiful inside, bright airy, just perfect.
However they were very expensive for what they were and we eventually decided to stay with our old girl and upgrade her.
So this video tells the story of the interior bargain makeover.

Have used some sticky back plastic to Frost the clear bathroom window. You have now given me the idea to cover a dent when I fill it in my motorhome dinette table.

Great transformation, just changing the seat covers made a massive difference. I’ve seen many MH’s that look fab/modern on the outside, but back to the 80’s inside!! Hope you’ve kept plenty of spare sticky covering in case it’s discontinued and you need to make repairs in future x

Like a different van, however what caught my eye Redders was what you've got in your garage. The K1200LT mate. I crashed mine on a greasy roundabout at 20mph, broke all my ribs on my right side, punctured my lung in two places, snapped my collar bone, that pain tho was nothing till the insurance company wrote it off. Contemplated buying another, but it's never the same as your first 😊

This is BRILLIANT Corrin! Wow! You've given me some wonderful ideas here so when we get our moho ("The Land Yacht" as my sailor husband is calling it 😀) we can make updates as needed without breaking the bank! You are a perfectionist, like me, those little bubbles would have driven me mad 😆. Are the grey seat covers the elasticated ones? They look great too. We have them on our sofa, great for when the dogs get on there! Looking forward to hearing the power upgrade information next time. I'm still getting my head around electrics.I'm not sure I could tell you the difference between Watts, Amps, Amp hours etc. Fortunately my husband totally knows what he's doing there! Can I ask about how you secure the dogs for travelling? Maybe you can do a video about motorhoming with dogs? Be good to hear about travelling with an older dog too as 2 of ours are getting on a bit now. Best products, how you deal with food & water storage for them, how you keep the van clean especially when the weather is bad on a trip etc. That would be really good to see and your dogs would love to be the stars of the show, little Wilf clearly loves the camera 🤩⭐️😉🤣

Hello ! ❤️ thanks very much, great suggestion for a vlog 🙂 the dogs are secured using the seat belt system of the van and harnesses , wilf has his own basket with restrains connected to the seat belt, and again a harness 🙂 hope that helps ❤️🙂 and yes, the Shein covers are fab x

You did a fab job but I just loved it before, I thought the wood looked quality, I liked the white centre section on the top cupboards but the flowery wall isn’t for me ( sorry 😬) and possibly just a bit of white elsewhere would have been nice . I would have kept the wood mostly as it was and got the seating reupholstered in a light colour and with that spray protection added as it’s a stunning van as it is. End of the day you have to do what suits you and you did a fab job, I loved the new rugs too etc xx

Thankyou ! We use the 2 seatbelt attachments in the rear , one splits in to two , then Wilf has a dog pen , secured to the seat , so all 3 have a harness connected to a seat belt to stay secure ❤️🐾🐾🐾

Amazing transformation and why not add your own touches to a standard van like you do with your car. Could you do a video on how to keep costs down while travelling ? Is Normandy a good place as the Aire stops allow overnight stops. Noticed a nice one in Agon (Aire de Camping-Car Agon Coutainville). Dog friendly restaurants and cafe's plus massive long beach.

You done what we done in our kitchen new kitchen price pounds but we vinyled cupboard doors etc and did you use hair dryer gently heating vinyl what next you going to wrap the van? A woman's touch every time by some new skin it helps

Its a pig to use this stuff i used fablon on two panels in our van its gone faded and crinkley now which is a shame. But the van is under offer and will hopefully be gone soon. Aw xx good job though. I might use this stuff on my kitchen door and drawers as they have got damaged from my oven heat.
