Ang cute ng EV na 'to kaso pricey pa. Bale mentality lang talaga ng tao ang kalaban nila to buy this vehicle. This is one of the first generations of EVs and people might still be skeptical when it comes to quality but for me, the only downside of this Ice Cream car is that it is too small and 170km distance for a full charge might be a little short distance especially nasa 700k pesos ang price nya. It is a real car already and this could serve as the one and only vehicle of those who cannot afford to have two cars. Siguro kung medyo mas malaki lang ang body ng car na 'to kahit 170km lang per full charge, okay na sakin. Or maybe ginawa man lang sana na 250km per full charge and has a bigger body like a real hatch back like maybe a Celerio, Picanto or Wigo, this might already work but still, props to Chery for making this EV and hoping that in the future, this is our way to go and sana may iba pang brands of EVs that will boom in the market para mas marami nang choices for us. Kung meron nang nasa 300+km per full charge and could go expressway legal, I might consider getting myself a new car that is EV. Laking tipid nito compared sa gas consumption.

One of the reasons po dyan ay hindi sya manufactured s Pilipinas imported po yan lam nyo nmn kung gano kamahal ang mag import all the taxes that needs to be payed by the importer ksama n dn dyan yun mga under the table 😏. Kung taga china kau for sure mura lng yan pero kung dito mamahal tlg.

hay di pa rin bumaba since introduced yan dito. Nakakataka hindi nagbago presyo mga EV kahit walang tariffs mga EVs. magkano lang toyota wigo, maluwag, four door pa. yung natipid, ipambayad ng gas. mahal kuryente so matagal din mabawi yung pera pambayad premium price ng EV.

This type of electric car is for city driving ONLY. Do not expect this to function as a replacement for the sub-compact and compact cars with internal combustion engine (gasoline). You don't use this to go to Baguio or for a long trip because it is not a hydrid electric-gasoline engine car like the Toyota Prius.

range anxiety pa din biggest hurdle for me since nakasanayan ICE cars na takbo ng malayo pa-gas lang good to go na agad takbo pa ng takbo. kaso sa taas na nang gas ngayon napapaisip na din talaga ang ibang pinoy to try hybrids at full EVs.

Ye but its 1 php per kilometer compare to 8 php per kilometer on gas. When you do the math you'll be spending 10-15k php on your gas monthly. On the other hand with electric your are spending 2000 to 3000k. if not less on electric bill
