Hi rob you should take a day and make a diagram for wiring along without part numbers . May be some close up pics. And sell them for 20 25 per set I would buy set and I think others would to.

@@rdspeedfab hey Rob 👋 I just wanted to hook you up with 2 sites. 1 Jere Kirkpatrick check out his bead roller, he's able to slide top shaft up to 1inch and use washers as dies with spacers to make all kinds of beads with offsets ,though you could incorporate into your roller for more options in design. Gene Winfield asked him to make one for him and did awesome 👌. 2.on KZbin: how to shrink and tucking fork jig tutorial. This is awesome for any fabricator to advance skills 👏 And easy to build. Hope you enjoy this as much as I. God bless 🙏.

Hi Great Job Making This. Can you show more on how you attached the motor and coupled the shafts together. What motor did you use ? Saw where you got from Harbor Fright. Was this the whole winch and you just took off the motor ? If you have the link for motor. Thanks

just found your channel and subscribed. Very interesting implementation. I likely have no idea what I'm talking about, but I wouldn't think in the long run that the 12V PS would like being cycled like that with the foot switch? Is there a delay between actuating the footswitch and starting the motion? Time now to check out your other content
@rdspeedfab3 жыл бұрын
Yeah there is a little bit of a delay and a soft start. I attribute it to the full power down of the power supply. Thanks for the sub! Hope you enjoy the content.

@@rdspeedfab Couldn't you put the pedal in-between the power supply and the motor so the PS can stay on and only the motor is switched on and off?
@rdspeedfab3 жыл бұрын
@@VtwinGuy5 yes absolutely! I may try that and see how it works

power from the wall to foot switch red to power supply where is the other wire go off the foot switch.
@rdspeedfabАй бұрын
So you have three wires coming from the wall. You just need to interupt one of the legs (power or neutral) with the foot switch. The other leg and the ground can go straight to the power supply.
