I can see you're using the f2 thrust exhaust, does that actually add any more power?

Actually, I'm not using it in this video or anymore. But when I was using it I did notice a huge gain in bottom and mid range torque. You must upjet your carb though if you are going to use it. I may have gained 3 mph top speed too but much more torque than top end.

@@WhiskersTheFish In that case whats the best thing to add to gain more power and speed, aside from a larger motor

@@zestytamale5944 Well, you can get a reed valve kit, and a larger carburetor, maybe a Mikuni 22mm? You will need a windowed piston for a reed valve to work properly. With all that and an expansion chamber pipe( a real mz65 pipe would work well if you can find one) you'll be screaming down the road. Don't forget a racing clutch though, a setup like the one I just described will rip apart a stock clutch. This is for a full "money is not an issue" build, if you want more top speed for cheap get a smaller sprocket. I made a video on a 36 tooth sprocket on my channel if you want to watch it.

Do you neeed a license to ride this?
@WhiskersTheFish Жыл бұрын
It depends. In most states, including Illinois where I live, it is in a legal grey zone. Technically you are supposed to have a drivers license and be 16 or older to ride a motorized bike; if it's over 50cc. My bike is 66cc, but the design is exactly the same as a 49cc and there are no markings. I won't get in trouble if I get caught, because the law specifies it as a motor-assisted bicycle. You can always cut your engine when you pass by police as well. But I wouldn't worry about it too much.
