Hi! I am from an EU country. If i order this slider from your website can you ship it to Europe? Will be shipped from Europe? I am asking because i will have to pay custom tax if it's outside Europe.

Hi, I have the same problem, is there a solution/fix for those who have one of those initial units? Other then that, I love the slider :)

@@NadavBagim Hi, Nadav. Of course, there is a solution to fix. you can replace the bearing block part. you and I have talked together from 21th Oct. through emails. let me reply to your email with the instruction video of replacing the bearing block. Sincerely yours. (Other customers, please feel free to contact us at info@konovaphoto.com)

@@jokerownz Hi, Jokerownz. Yes, we can ship to Europe, of course. it will be shipped from South Korea. If you want to prevent the import customs duty and tax, please buy in Amazon UK or ES or IT. the price could be a little bit high but we cover the customer's duty and tax for the Amazon orders. Sincerely yours.

Two reason why I will purchase this slider. 1. Your review of the product was clear and concise. Thank You! 2. Konova’s immediate response to the issue in the comment section. A company that not only recognizes the problem, but addresses it and communicates to it’s customers is extremely rare. You have earned a “Sub” and Konovo has gained a customer!

I just bought and received this, January 20 2021. Not only was it easy to put together, the motor makes ZERO noise. Can't hear it at all. Even with the camera mounted. Maybe there's been an upgrade since this review, but if you're worried about a loud motor, this slider has the absolute quietest motor, I've heard. Mine is nothing like in this review or any other I've heard. No, I'm not getting paid to say that. I find this to be an incredible motorized slider & I have you to thank for your review, to get me to pull the trigger on it. Thank you!

I'am really curious about the wobble at 5:10 . Do you know what actually makes it wobble ? I'am suspecting the groove wheel does not "hugging" the parallax rail perfectly. I'am noticing my 3d printer also using almost similar rail, except it uses 2020 v-slot rail & v-wheel. My point is you can actually tighten/adjust the wheel gap between the wheel & rail using an "essentric nut" if you understand how it works. Great review by the way

@ZYProductions Thanks for a dope review i've definitely decided the Konova motorised slider is the way to go, i'm looking forward to adding it to my setup. @KONOVA Thanks for taking the time to respond to this review , this has also helped in my decision making process. To The Future!

Can you buy the motor separately to use with a ifootage shark slider?
@ChrisMannphoto5 жыл бұрын
You can buy the S2 kit separately, which they say fits all other Konova sliders; you would probably have to modify it (or the iShark slider) to get it to work with a different brand. www.amazon.co.uk/KONOVA-Motorized-Timelapse-Compatible-Sliders/dp/B07KYC9Y7G

Does it do shoot-move-shoot for long exposures or is it constantly in motion? Which would cause blur in your long exposure.

Thanks for the review. I watched another video review for this product and the guy said the motor was quiet. From your experience do you feel the motor can used when shooting an interview? I feel that would be a big selling point for me in regards to buying this product. Thanks
@NadavBagim5 жыл бұрын
I have it for nature videography and I think that the motor is noisy for an interview if the mic is near the camera, I would use a tele lens and distance the mic from the slider.
