Hi Sir....I'm driving e20 plus my range is now dropped to 75 km from 110 and very irritating sound of motor is coming when accelerating even at speed 35 km/ hr......plz suggest me how to overcome this problem

There are ways to ensure steady milage every time. Eventually milage drops due to degradation of cells therefore unbalanced. E2O iEMS having a self balancing capability of below 1 amp, but that is useful only when cells are not degraded. For your case it need a continuous balancer of around 5A. It'll give you range 100 km around. There are some trics that can increase milage considerably high. If your car giving sound while acceleration, while braking and on same speed also, there is more possibility that motor front bearings gone. Otherwise differential bearings having issue.

Sound issue may be possible due to bearings ..replace axle bearings then problem may be solved .. We have new battery cell for e2o if you wants increase range .
