Design of C3 is distinct , comfortable ride quality , punchy turbo engine , roof height of the car even for 6 feet adults , overall good on ergonomics , strong Ac One need to go their showrooms to experience it

Well if we consider Indian market, then yes its ticking all parameters. But the actual Citroen C3 sold worldwide is more better than this one. I think Citroen is playing safe in our Indian market.

@@tushar4506 you can get the car if you loved it bro. But it is missing out on a lot many features, like reverse camera, the audio quality in top end model is not good as Rachit sir told on high volumes the sound is crackling, then the rear view mirror cannot be adjusted at all and alot more

I had so high expectations from this car. From a company who gave an awesome car like C5 which was in the 50 lakh segment and then this car which i don't think is going to cross the 10 lakh segment. For the first time I'm seeing a company being so different in their car segments. I guess Citroen is just checking that in which segment they can dominate in the Indian market.

Indian car buyers are concerned about features. And introducing this will hit Citroën badly. This car misses only a few important things, which could made it complete package. These things are: 1. Missing Electrically Adjustable orvm 2. Outdated door handles, the ones offered are 20 years old. 3. Turning indicators on side body, man that's bad. They shall be on side orvm. 4. No 2nd row AC vents, if cooling is good this feature is debatable. 5. No backseat armrest, forget about front seats arm rests. 6. Only 15 inch wheels with no alloys. 7. Old antenna, no sharkfin antenna. 8. No boot light, wtf 9. Rear wiper, night irvm, and fixed head rests. Its like Citroën has moved back to 2010. These companies treat indian market asif we are still riding bullock carts.

Company could provide all the features, but than the cost of vehicle could be around 10 to 11 lakhs. It has excellent engine,Milage, comfoet and ease of driving. A very good product by Citroen for Indian consumers.

People who don't know Citroën is known for its suspension and build quality. I feel it's a no nonsense car with no unnecessary features. In my experience more features more maintainace. Old innova has absolutely no features but more strong mechanics. This car will last long.

Suspension are superb, it's such a no nonsense car, though it's my first car but had driven various cars, it's ride quality and driving dynamics of turbo engine just taken me away. It's at par or somewhat more from its above segment. Build quality is definitely way better than lot more other products in this price range.

Honestly If it's turbo top end is nearly 9.5 lakh then person can consider Nexon as it doesn't have some basic features like day/night mirror, electronic orvm, rpm metre. So they should either keep price low or add these basic features in future as 8, 8.5 for this is above par, especially Punch offering a lot of these features at a slightly less powerful engine.

I think that Renault Kiger is a better option over/upon Citroen C3. Because, Kiger offers Automatic ORVM, Adjustable IRVM, Automatic Climate Control, Bolder Looks, Rear Defoggers with a rear wiper, rear AC vents, chilled glovebox, Pre-Fitted Alloy Wheels, Premium Finishing and a bigger Boot space than the Citroen C3, as well as it offers a Turbocharged Variant. Lack of showrooms will be one of the key reasons. Currently they have 11 showrooms throughout INDIA and are planning to extend that figure to 20 in next 1 month. Imagine a company selling their car in 20 showrooms throughout India. They would anyway struggle to sell any car until they expand their reach.

Good strategy by Citroen , as with time I am realizing , companies are adding features upon features, which may sound great , and in the pretext they overprice the car . Many of the features may or may not be a big thing for many and can be lived without , end of the day it is the PERFORMANCE that matters . Example , how can a performance of a vehicle improve by alloys , climate control , rear view camera , cruise control or sunroof , these are just added to increase the price of a variant by 25% and can be lived without . Smart move by Citroen , they have done their research .

I own Citreon eC3(Top Variant) and along with Petrol Hyundai Grant i10 Asta(O) (Top Variant ) .. Now I had 6000 kms plus drive in my EV .. Had Highway Trip to Bangalore .. Single day 450 KM .. acheived Highway millage of about 250 Km to 280 Km per charge on Eco Mode with full load (5 adult and 3 kids and boot space full of heavy lagguage ) Ac and Music system , chageing of phone on my 8 hours plus Journey . Fast Charge Power delivery nearly 38kw .. quick 40 mins 20 to 90 plus percent reached. Comfort in Top Notch .. Suspension was very premiem and steering control view of road and ease drive is wow.. for me .. I excepted some Cross SUV type of Car over Hatchback for funky look..for second car. I am happy with my choice

If this car comes under 5 to 7 lakhs price bracket then it will be a good option to buy but if it exceeds that price then it's not worth to buy this car because of Blunder cost cutting done in the car for example rear wiper not given , No Alloys, Rear de-fauger not given , Missing RPM gage ,non adjustable head rest, Indicator on the fender like old generation cars , no Parking camera etc are the major drawbacks of this car and if exceeds above 7 lakhs then it's not worth to but one thing that Citroën has given is that 10 inch touch screen that is giving mature look to dashboard

I see so many unnecessarily disappointed people in the comments. I am totally in favour of the strategy chosen by citroen. The base prices are way less than the competition and still you gethe premium build quality of the body and an excellent engine. I think the customization options is excellent ao that I can exactly choose my options and that will give me more control over the final price of the car. Plus, only premium features are missing as of now. Add them to the cost, and it will give a very stiff competition to the compact SUV s and the premium hatchbacks in the market. I love that they have given the basics right, i.e the build quality, the engine quality, the comfort.

The way citroen was marketing it i was like yes this is it. But gayi bhes pani me,, what even is this? What were they even thinking. I was expecting this to be the base model,, but ye top hai? I never knew about citroen before, i spotted it in Spanish netflix shows and liked the vibes of the og citroen feel. But idk what they thought while revamping it for India. Indian consumers are evolving and definitely price matters for us but its not the only thing. People are already paying more for good performance, features and safety. Just giving anything and calling it a “mass product” is not going to work because the “masses” are not stupid and still want the features to justify the price. The only way for this do sustain is 4lakh base model and 6-6.5 lakh top model, which I’m sure is not the case. There are soooo many options to consider in all segments with better offerings. Nice explanation. However nothing is talked about mileage performance which is very touchy matter for Indian customers. But if you are talking about pricing 9 lak above, then various better options are available like Venue or baleno or Punch may be in the midrange version.

I find this well engineered and robust product for Indian market but yes the pricing matters. My guess is that it will start around 4.5 lakhs for base variant. Most of the 'features' that are missing are bells and whistles in my opinion except for adjustable headrests for passengers and day&night IRVM.

Citroen C3 is good looking affordable European car for youth and middle class people and mileage is good. When comes to safety European cars always best and comes with good handling for highway driving

Their concept is only wrong. The car looks so good design wise. Why didn't they make this the base variant and instead compete with Baleno, i20 with high end features. They played a wrong game. Nobody would like to buy a car with so much evident cost cutting. At least rear power window buttons then side mirror adjustment these kind of features should be given properly. The car is big and engine is also big so they can't offer it in below 5 lakhs. I don't understand their game.
