Bought this in Nov-22 : It has turned out to be one of the best car buying decisions for me... Ride quality is superb, powerful engine... It's actually the only real compact SUV ..... Rest of them are just raised hatchbacks. Btw what you mentioned is true my car's city mileage is 15-17...... I agree it's a very good rough and tough RWD SUV Mahindra should have done certain things better in interior 1. Instead of the center they should have placed the door glass control switches on driver door, 2. no Rear AC VENTS 3. Little bit more better recline angle for second row seat, for better relaxed ride for passengers 4. Android auto and map navigation systen setup at least on the top end variant. 5. Some more Storage space in front seat and dashboard. ARAI mileage says 17.25 kmpl, are you sure it gives 24 kmpl on high way Cancelled my Carens booking and going with this one due to awesome built quality Being a big lengthy car carens weight is below 1400 kgs Where as being with in 4 meters length bolero Neo weight is above 2300 kgs That weight talks about the body strength, frame and built quality

Hi, while cruising around 80 to 100 without eco mode and AC on , my car gives 26 kmpl mileage only IF you drive with lighter foot this car will provide best mileage, sudden acceleration,breaking will reduce mileage. and if you use eco mode with eco ac on it will give more mileage.

Hi, i have Neo N10 Optional and by my experience -AC of this car is emphatic enough to make whole vehicle cool within 2 mins, This is possible because this car is under 4 meter in length. TO make it chill within min. you have to keep center AC vents faced straight at back with full fan speed.

We had a TUV 300 (100bhp) top of the line variant for 3 years and 28,000 kms Pros: 1) Excellent front seats with individual armrest for driver and passenger. 2) Bone chilling AC. 3) Cornering lighting was awesome. 4) Tough build. 5) Abuse friendly mechanicals. 6) Good road presence when viewed from front. 7) Nice tractable engine with good low end. 8) Mahindra support was good. Especially when I complained about rear wheel slipping on slopes (common issue in first variant of TUV300) Mahindra installed MLD kit worth ₹80,000 free of cost to tackle the issue and that is just brilliant. The car gained very good off road SUV like credentials with the MLD kit. 9) Only true blue BoF cSUV. 10) Decent OEM Lighting. Cons: 1) Very busy ride quality. This thing would never drive settled no matter what the road surface. You are always tossed around inside the car. 2) Driving more than 150kms on any kind of surface would tire out the driver and passengers due to excessive body roll, average braking etc 3) The engine has no power and torque after 2800rpm and also sounds coarse as the revs rise above 2600rpm. 4) You are always aware of the 3 cylinder engine no matter what rpm the vehicle is. It isn't unrefined but it isn't the most refined as well. 5) last row side seats feel like jugaad. 6) The vehicle is way too heavy and that 1.5L engine has to lug all that weight and fuel efficiency was not very good as well. It may be decent but not good by segment standards. 7) Handling at Highway speeds was scary and emergency high speed manoeuvre would surely topple the vehicle. 8) Viewing from the side made this thing look like it was abruptly chopped off In the end we sold our TUV300 and purchased an Ecosport Titanium TDCI and the ecosport feels like a very thoroughly engineered car when compared to the TUV which felt like driving a truck. The ecosport offers exceptional handling, braking, low NVH, brilliant chassis etc which I was looking for. The monocoque CSUV's like ecosport,Nexon etc are any day better than the Bolero Neo a.k.a. TUV 300. This is my personal opinion no offence meant to any owner. Choose your car/SUV wisely.

Side facing third row seats may not be great for the safety rating of a vehicle but they provide third row passengers the convenience of their own door to get in and out from, without disturbing passengers in the second row. Also, when you have only one person in the third row, that person can stretch their legs and use the other third row seat as a footrest. You can even store luggage in the back, under and in between the third row seats, put a comforter and pillows on top of the luggage and seats and make a flat bed. It truly is incredible and practical. The only complaint is the lack of AC vents in the second and third rows and the lack of sliding windows in the third row, which was something that older Scorpios had.

Has an original tuv 300 automatic from 2015. Done around 80000 km like u said it's super tough and had got be out of some really sticky situations. What I really love about it is it's toughness, space and ready to go anywhere capability. But most of all I like its AMT gearbox which makes driving so relaxed in bumper to bumper traffic. Really a mystery why Mahindra is not giving the AMT in the Newer models.

Sir you are one of the few luckiest for whom AMT is working fine. I owned TUV T8 2017 top model amt. Had to replace AMT assembly thrice with the whopping cost of Rs 50000 every time in total drive span of 90000 kms.. (problem first came after the warranty got expired and occurred after every 12 to 15 months) Eventually had to sell it and have pledged to stick with manual gears not AMT.

Very practical car but I feel Mahindra misses out on a few things. Otherwise this vehicle would have wiped out all competition in it's section. 1. Absence of 6th gear - Its a hit or miss depending on your usage but in today's day and age, it is a deal breaker for many. 2. Rear camera - Come on Mahindra, how much would it cost to include a good clarity rear view cam. 3. Autofold ORVM - At least include this in the top model. 4. Bigger touchscreen. At least an 8 or 9 inch HD touchscreen. 5. TPMS and Hill Hold assist as additional safety features on the top model. 6. AC vents for the middle row passengers. 7. Adjustable seats for middle row. Tilt and sliding if possible. If these things were added, the Bolero Neo would triple in sales and like I mentioned, it would completely wipe out every car in its section.

You didn't speak about the ride and handling and the body roll. I own a Quanto and it has a very bouncy ride when not loaded. Make no mistake- I love my car, but you should've touched on this. Also the efficacy of the AC as this doesn't have rear AC vents - which I sorely miss on my Quanto. Also I am a huge fan of yours and your style of covering vehicles, be it cars or bikes. Hello, ride of this car is good, handling is also good,this cars eats patholes like its nothing, you will not feel smooth compare to other so called compact suvs like xuv300,nexon, brezza but you will get confidence while riding on/off the road. there is alot difference between quanto and this car, this car feel more planted on the road. As compare to quanto this car have very less body roll, this SUV have same body roll as scorpio. And this car have very powerful ac which cools down whole vehicle within 1 mins.
