I was expecting something good after merge, my expectations all gone when they made it color os with an oos skin on top of it. Nowadays none of android brands arent as great as before. i tried Samsung S series last year, it was hopeless , their software was bloated and laggy. Experience was bad. Each OEM has a drawback, Mi, for example, does good with the specs and pricing, but gives up on the software and security, Samsung, does good on the software and display, but the specs go for a toss, can’t consider Apple living in India 😬 but impressively, Motorola does not have any issues, whether it’s customer service, software, specs or innovation. The only thing is Motorola does not know how to market / advertise their phones effectively. I was shocked when you told it’s the lightest and slimmest 5G Phone! Mi 11 lite ads used to come like crazy on television, Mi India CEO was very active on social media platforms tweeting about the slimmest phone, but Motorola does not create awareness to get new customers. As a Moto customer and tech enthusiast, I really pray and wish to see Moto among the top players in the smartphone market, and not in the ‘others’ segment in sales. Sir please consider my suggestion of filling the phone up to 90% of storage (1K videos, 10K images, 100-200 pdfs and 100-200 songs) while using it for the full review. Because that's the only way we can know how it performs under Actual load. If possible, do it before the Great Indian Festival in Navratri. Try it on this. If people like the review, you can do it more on other devices right ? I just wanna purchase a good non-chinese phone next year so I'm depending on you 🙏

@@Juganta2025 I am not much confused on Processor because mediatek Dimensity processor performs good. Question is on battery optimization as both the options are having below 4500 mH . Amoled display, big screen, great Camera setup may eat battery quickly.

I bought Moto G5s 4years back after watching your review about the phone... with heavy usage from day one ,It still works with good battery and software.it's camara is comparatively better than recent other brand phone s at this price range... Damn, this phone would be perfect except for the battery. They should've gone for a slightly thicker phone and put at least a 5000mah battery. 144hz with that touch sampling rate is gonna chew through that 4000mah battery so quickly lol.

It's sad to see that the Chinese OEMs have brainwashed people at such a higher level that they only think or make a purchase on the basis of numbers ( processor, camera pixel, battery capacity) and completely forget the software optimization these big brands MOTO, APPLE , SAMSUNG and GOOGLE does. Software optimization is the key, 4000 maH might not be sufficient for a REALME or POCO but for MOTO it is. That's it....... that's the comment.

I am a die hard fan of Motorola, i have used more than 10 different models of this brand and never felt short of good experience, but these are next level. Thank you Ranjit for a great review, hope these beauties catch up with others in the market. I would like to go for Moto Edge 20 5g it looks soooooo premium and genuine with the cameras and other stuff as you said.
