The keypad didn't come up just white page with refresh circle saying,"pls wait,this may take a few min" every min or when the screen goes dark I hear it making a sound like notification download complete sound.... When i go to photos its blank, i reset my phone bc it glitched and made it were i couldn't restart anymore. So i wiped it clean, and now since i have no idea what google account or password i used 2 years ago to set this up. Idk what to do, it wants my old info to finish google bootup, and now all the online vids like this i dont have anything in the photos or drives folders. any help would be amazing, i cant afford a new phone atm. I went all the way through, until you do the final setup run through. Like, when you click all the way back to the beginning and start like it was brand new, or whatever?? And once I got to the point where it was checking for updates it literally kept looping around and around; forever ( it's seems like) until finally, it loops back to the copy/ transfer data screen.. it's so friggin frustrating

Please help, when I tap on emergency call then owner (arrow) to select "choose an image" then the 3 lines beside the word Recent & what comes up doesn't have photos. There are 4 things there which are, Recent, Downloads, moto e (xt2052DL) 17.66 GB free & Drive. Which one do I tap being there is not one for photo? Anyone please help
