truly hate it for Hunter, would've really liked to see him be able to compete. on the other hand, truly geeked for Haiden! carrying the militia torch, stamping his name along with the general for Deegan accomplishments at the LA Coliseum! even though i'm a Dangerboy fan, i never saw this historic rookie year coming! also, 23:53 congrats out to Jett for his dominate season ending with his historic statement! what a great year to be a fan of this sport! ✌️🐝➕

As someone who broke their collar bone (3) times, I’d say Chase did that. Hope nothing major and he is ready for A1. Congrats to Deegan. 250s is going to be lit in 2024. 250 race one was one of the better races all year. Jett deserved that. Grabbed a title in everywhere this year. Rode so clean. Little mishap at High Point but thats about it. I think 450 will be a bit more competitive in 2024. Eli back and hungry. Jett stronger than ever with more Supercross practice. Appears Kenny can truly hang and will be great. Hunter going to 450 should be fun. I think J Coop will do good on the 450.

sure 2021 webb 450 and jett 250 1998 mcgrath 250 and ricky 125. 2002 ricky 250 and stewart 125 / 2013 villopoto 450 and dungey 250 kinda like passing the torch all A1 type wins to determine the standout riders since mcgrath signed to peak performance back in like 91. jett is like reed, haiden is like mcgrath. the won most races since 1990

I find it incredible that these guys often go flying and flipping multiple times with their bike without so much as a sprain. I fell off my bike doing wheelies once when I was teen and I landed on the handle bars bending them with my stomach. I ended up with bruised intestines and wasn’t able to eat without intense stomach pain for a month lol.

It’s about momentum. Athletes in general are more flexible than your average joe, and the rolling and tumbling is exactly what saves them. You fell off your bike and hit the ground hard which transferred a lot of energy into one spot all at once. If any racer came to a sudden and violent stop after dismounting, they’d be just as hurt as you. I raced MX for many years as a teenager, but the most hurt I ever got on two wheels was hitting a tree on my mountain bike. On my dirt bike, I had a crash once where I actually nosedived and jumped off in the air, on a 50 foot double, but I landed perfectly on the downside and just slid very fast to an eventual stop. I went probably 30 mph off that jump, fell off in the air, and only sprained my wrist. Again, all about momentum and how quickly the earth stops it.

It's not just that Deegan won a world Supermotocross championship in his rookie year, it's that he's only 17! When I was 17 in the 1970's I was taking my girlfriend to the senior prom and finishing 4th in the local 250 B class every week. Which is why I went to college instead of turning pro! 🤣
