Impressed with what went into the car (i.e. chassis mods, suspension, brakes, etc.), but interesting they did nothing with the old soft steering.

That is weird, because that old ball-type steering was terrible. Good enough for straight-line cruising, but total mush for anything else.

I think it was the starter. Didn't have that sickening "metal-on-metal" sound to me.
