I got it from Electric ride co. I was going to buy from Mototec but they charged shipping. So I saved a couple of hundred buying from electric cycle rider.

From electric ride co it was 2400 to my door. For me Mototec was charging 299 shipping. Maybe it’s my state.

hey D, i've watched this video probably 100 times while trying to build my own mototec because i've run into so many issues. i'm new to bikes in general and really am struggling with the front tire assembly. no matter what i've done the brake pads are touching the rotor on both sides. i reassembled the calipers a couple times and im positive it's correct. i have no clue how to fix this. another major issue i have is with the suspension. i'm a heavier rider and im not sure how to adjust the suspension. the sag is way too much and i honestly like sink into the bike. it's pretty uncomfortable and i don't feel like i have much control with such a soft suspension. any advice helps, this is my second day with the bike and im still not able to take it for a spin yet. thank you again for making this video.

I hate that you are having problems. I’ve been there and it doesn’t make having a bike as fun. For the brakes can you freely spin the front wheel? Is it just the pads touching the rotor? If this is the case you might can pump the brakes to loosen them. Also there is a screw or Allen key at the hand brake handle it might be in too far making it as if you are pulling the handle. For the sag if you look at the top of the rear suspension you will see two star nuts I guess I will call them. Loosen the top one. Then you will tighten the one against the spring. This will compress the spring making it harder to compress. I hope this helps.

thank you for the advice, i'm not too sure what happened but while i was trying to take the front wheel off and try again the front brake fully squeezed and wouldnt separate. nothing happened with the lever but the pads were completely stuck together. my issue before was that the front wheel wouldn't spin freely and that the pads would be touching the rotor on both sides and gradually slowing the wheel down while making a scraping noise. i'm gonna do some research on bleeding brakes and hope that can resolve my issue. thank you for getting back to me!

Are these pretty much like the B1 moto roller and how much does it Weigh? lbs

They look a like. When I measured the seat height I would say it around 32 inches. The B1 states 28inches. It weights around 200 lbs . Feels lighter when riding though.

You might be a little tall for it but you can buy bar risers and that will help you fit the bike a little better.

It’s not too bad. Just remember they are side spasific. I probably could have been better putting it on as well. Lol.
