Bro bahut Gyan hai aapki rx 100 k upar , ye choti choti batein sabhi Mechanics bhaiyon ko pata nahi , Jo old model bullets, yezdi , jawa , rx 100 series aur jitne v 2 strokes Bajaj scooters wagera me jante hai , wo hi Mechanic thikse settings aur function Jane payega , engine sounds sunke bata dega fault kahan ka hai. Mera bhi Rx 100 hai 1991wala model. Thanks for the details information.

Hi myself TUHIN DAS, I saw your video and that was very much help full.I own a Yamaha RXG 1996 model, very recently I filled my 2t oil chamber with half litre Mobil and have already ridden 700 kms, but I feel the oil level is not coming down. Is there any problem with the proper flow of the oil.please do suggest me at earliest.

Check the oil flow in the 2t feeder pipe of the carb.. We can't rely on the 3t box guage. Youll have to notice various factors like the smoke, bike's pull and find out the correct amount . And when everything is set right 1ltr oil should last max of 800-900kms..

Good job bro tell me in my Rx 135 l done almost every thing too increase the pickup only one thing not done replace my carburettor with rxz 4 gear carburettor if not what shall l do to increase pickup bike is very fresh not bore n in all parts are till now original

Brother. I opened my 2T oil pump on my Rx 100. This was a new pump of pricol brand put 6 months back when my bike was completely restored. I was skeptical about my pump working since start since never noticed oil oozin out of the pipe connecting the carb when bike engine is running. When i brought the pump home and opened it i found the big gear that gets driven by worm gear coming out of RHS crankcase cover has worn and damaged teeths at one spot and that the reason pump is not working. Everything else is new on the pump. Please suggest what can i do about it to make it running. I don't like to mix oil in petrol and want to use the pump indeed. Your valuable inputs would be highly appreciated.

hi brother, after a long time. If many of the teeth are broken on that gear then then it will rotate erratic - sometimes stucked and sometimes it'll rotate. Replace with some used pump's wheel if you get or get a new pump. If 1-2 teeth damaged at one point or even at multiple places then it should keep on working .with some noises but that won't last long.it will ultimately scrape off more teeth.

@@MotoTravelRide yes brother. I was stuck in Canada. Came back Mumbai last month. Trying to get as much hands on by RX as possible. I am motivated by your videos. I trust them 100%. Coming back to the point, yes teeth on the gear are almost flat at one point where it completely stops by loosing contact with worm gear. Because there was no stroke observed at engine idle on the pump pulley. Getting used pump is very difficult and getting new one is the ultimate option. Before that i am going to give it a try with lathe machine work. I had a word with reputed lathe work in my city. I have shown the gear picture. He said he can make a new one. I am going to give him the damaged gear along with spindle plunger that seats under it for measurement purpose. You views on this please?

Dear all, Need suggestions on oil pump and engine behaviour. Shaft for oil pump is worn out just changed pump so realised( searching for new one ).so no pressure from pump to bring oil till carburetor. Also when I tried to bleed out air from pump at that time 2 types of oil coming from it.one is normal 2t and second is gray one like engine oil. Also found after 1000 km drive engine oil is reducing 300-400 ml.also after revving hard for few km bike struggle to get pickup and get normal after slow drive for a minute. Please suggest solution to bring things normal. Thanks In advance.

they are same pump.. except few bikes last batch (tiger model) which had a different designed pump( called as small model pump) from pricol.
