Sie you did not adjust the points gap at btdc, that is, bring the piston down by 3 to 4 mm and set the gap by rotating the magnet assembly either left or right to set the gap .at .05 mm at the maximum. The manual says so.

Hello sir,,if i increase piston size to 0.75 , do i need to adjust needle pin to alittle high in carburator to increase fuel mixture because my bike starts missing at the start ???

It is not necessary, if you have re-tuned the carburetor .. so what we do is after fitting 0.75 tune the carburetor again,and if the problem persists then only do the needle pin adjustment..

Not carburettor brother .. it can be smthing with a RPM screw, or the slide.

1986....my first rx 100,and since i m maintaining myself no mechanic ever touch my byke, i m no mechanic myself but learned over the years by doing it myself, till today my rx is in prime condition, and feel like my great grand child will use it one day, from your video i got educated today regarding carborator and thanking you for that.... Sir ajkal market me RX100 ka G4 series ka imported block ata hai, uski performance kaisi hai kya Goetze usase behtar hai, our original vs Goetze me kitana difference hota hai, original ke baad kounsa block lagaye RX100 ke liye, sir Kya original connecting Rod ke baad sabse achhi Rod Macco ki hi hai, our original piston na mile to sabse best piston kounsa hai

u can keep it on 2nd(standard), basically it depends on overall setting of the bike and your riding style.. try and fix it where it suits you

Hi... That will mostly depends on the price your getting at and your expectations.. Technically it's a 4speed with 5speed gear box.. Which you can do by getting a 4speed 135 and swapping it with 5s Gbox Thrill of 5speed is actually In the 5s block.🙂
