2 strokes will never die. I love my 4 stroke and i LOVE my 2 strokes but I will admit that the whole 4 stroke MOTOCROSS era was ENTIRELY based off money and profits. The fact that the bikes are easier to ride doesn't hurt either. They are 2 entirely different machines and anyone that bashes a 2 stroke obviously hasn't ridden one fast. Every single person that races 4 strokes and gets a chance to take a 250 2 stroke around a track gets off the bike with an enormous smile there is no doubting that

I love this bike.. the sound, the look.. all these new MX 450's are so nice but I think Kawi has made heaps better bikes recently

@TheKawi125rider No, thats the simplicity of it. Launch control on cars holds the rpm at an optimum range so that you get the quickest start possible when you dump the clutch, and I can only assume that Kawi has done the same.

agree 100%fourstroke is competive and serious but when i can ride my yz250 its twice the fun

@CLUMZYLB hell yeah an 07 yz250f is really good its gonna have pretty new technology on it like frame motor carb and suspension the only thing is it might be a lil slow on the top end but you can always get different sprockets more teeth = more top speed but less acceleration.

@gengiz actually it is worth mentioning and how is it embaressing? im a bit of a taller rider and that personally would help alot for the average taller rider who doesn't know how to make mods like those, such as the pegs and handle bars it makes a shit ton of a difference and if your the kinda guy who supes up the bike it won't matter anyway. it's a great idea

i live here too man a zero would do fine in the summer just couldnt have as long as a season for riding and and well not really because you sportbike is a more efficient engine with different exhaust valves in the engine so its all released differently plus your bike has a silencer for road standards these dont so much more free flowing exhaust = more power

Launch control is traction control lol. That's exactly what it does on a start so you get better traction for a better start

You guys need to do your homework. You are wrong on several points - especially the three mapping changes. They are Standard, Hard and Soft. - But have nothing to do with "hard hitting" as stated. It is for "soft" tracks, or "hard" pack tracks. - Feel me?

@jesusisfast ..... well definately a perk of that bike i agree...... but i live in alberta.... electric vehicles dont do well in colder, longer trip areas. gasoline,,, for now anyways is the answer here. When my 1000cc sportbike stock is quieter than these fkin things there is something wrong lol...
