I've had regular air in there for a while... I don't believe there's any harm if you top up with regular air if you have had nitrogen in there. But its better to have either one to guess when your next top up would be (apart from the ride quality of the motorcycle).

Wide on approach, narrow in at the apex and wide out is the best approach for speed and vision. Learnt that at CSS :)
