Motovolt should make it with alluminium frame to make it lighter in weight to extend mileage. Price should be around 30000/- so that poor person too could use it.

I rode a 28kg bike without battery power and it was not comfortable, so with a 40kg bike the same can happen I guess, but yes with pedal assist the heaviness won't feel

36v/250w BLDC motor with up to 40nm torque. Top speed of the bike is 25kmph as per Government regulations, but sometime you can get the speed more than that. Pillion ride is not recommended, but a child can sit. Remember more the weight puts on the bike less the range you get

Secondly, how is the URBN company's after-sale service?

@@ziakhan5284 Urbn I haven't tested yet, so I cannot say which is better in terms of performance, and as far as after sales support is concern, so one thing you should keep in mind that after sales service is not good whichever brand you go with. I receive so many messages regarding poor after sales service against these companies. If you are lucky, you will get good service or you may experience bad services too.
