Everyone who owns or drives the Mahindra xuv700 ,Xuv300, Thar or test driven Scorpio N knows how good this company is improving their technology. Tata just takes everything from Fiat, Hyundai,JLR for its safari, Harrier but just Mahindra is investing so much for its engineering division and so obviously they would use this marketing for promoting their product

The 180 kmph turn was tested on a test track with ample banking of roads.... The same can never be done in a normal road... better to mention this speed limit for normal road and maximum possible with banking of roads as 180 kmph.

Misleading review: To keep in mind - the corner speed test is done on the track with banking, this wont be possible on normal flat road. Seeing this review, i would advice not to try on normal roads. Sad the review misses to address this, its critical for safety.

@Rajesh R, I too faced a similar issue when I purchased the Tata Nexon in Kerala and registered in Tamilnadu. I had all the docs but the RTO asked for the design approval document during registration. I enquired about this with the Tata Motors & the dealer and came to know that, when a manufacturer is ready to sell the product, they will send the design approval document to State Transport Secretary and that will be circulated across all the RTOs in the state. This happens when you go in-person for registering your new car & you know the behind the scenes in any RTO office. Any car dealer will charge you 3k to 4k rupees for a new vehicle for which they don't provide a bill and the money is distributed to RTO officials. Coming to my case, When the RTO asked for the design document, I downloaded the specification document from Tata website and attached it during the registration process and got is registered successfully. Didn't spend any additional money other than Govt charges for vehicle registration. Design document will be required only when you do any modification to the OEM and if you go in-person and don't want to spend additional money.

180kmph to zero - There is a small moment when he said his prayer for safety .But being in a track his confidence is ensured. In a controlled environment such performance can be proved. Bravo to Mahindra for such beautifully engineered Indian car. But in Indian roads such safety will it matter when the roads per se are very very unsafe ? RIP the passengers in the crashed XUV 700. Stress the importance of after sales service to velu sir when u meet him again aasir bro... We all understand how much efforts the team has put to build this ladder and frame platform powertrain etc... But the real success lies in after sales service and problem sorting... Mahindra team should give periodic training to the service engineers mechanics region by region... This is what toyota does and hence they are always far ahead in service always... Tats why glanza and UC are always peacful than brezza and baleno ❤️
