I’m thinking of putting a GPS on the rear and Adventure on the rear. I want that extra traction on the front for sand and loose gravel on my 650 Suzuki. I use a similar setup on my mountain bike, with a knobby tyre on the front and smoother on the rear. Not a direct comparison, but I’m hoping the theory holds.

I ended up choosing the GPS for the rear but have gone for the Dualventure on the front. Hopefully this combo will work well enough on the road and dirt roads which is my main focus, and get me through if conditions turn ugly 😎

Hey Kyle, I preordered a 1300gs trophy prolly coming with a Karoo 4. I have the option to swap out tires. I’m like 80/20 rider. You think I should give the Karoo 4 a try or Tractionator gps or adventure? I’m most interested in on-road wet performance, off-road chops and mileage. Isn’t everyone.

Newb here and so much to learn. I'd love the hear your thoughts on an ADV 50/50 tire for the pacific northwest where we get a lot of rain. We're riding a couple of CB500X that we're modifying for adventure riding, often riding the wet pavement to get to the soupy trails and fire roads. Is the Tractionator a good choice?

Hi Kyle. Love you reviews! What is the difference between the Motoz Tractionator Adventures and the Motoz Tractionator Dual Venture. I'm having trouble finding the Adventures for the front of my R1250GSA (120/70-19), but that size seems to be available in the Dual Ventures.

The Adventure Front Tire will be replaced by the Dual Venture front tire. Most all of the Motoz Front tires have been "wiggly" on rain grooved roads. The Dual Venture "fixes this" and therefore the Dual Venture will be the ADV front tire for all of the ADV series Tractionator tires for road traveling folks going forward.

Nice..this will be my next in line when time comes. Question for you Kyle, A while back you made a review about Dunlop Trailmax Mission and I believe durting that time you mentioned, Trailmax can go along the side with TKC 80. Currently, I'm running on Trailmax mission. How would you compare Motoz Tractionator vs Trailmax? What are the gaps between those two?

Thank you for watching. The Tractionator Adventure is 10 to 15% more aggressive than the Dunlop TrailMax Mission tire. On gravel, hardpacked roads or even pavement you will not notice much of a difference between the two tires. Once it gets really sandy, muddy or snowy... the Motoz Adventure tire shines. I have seen them getting about the same mileage. The more accurate comparison to the Mission would be the GPS. Tune in Monday to see that video! Thanks for watching.

You asked the exact question I came here to ask. I too bought the Trailmax Mission for my DR650 after seeing the video Kyle made. My buddy with a DR650 just told me he is ordering these Motoz Tractionator Adventures. I've never heard of Motoz, so I had to look them up. I'm intrigued by these Motoz, I'm looking forward to see how they do side by side with my Tailmax Mission when I ride with my buddy.
