I really love the Tri-Klops figure, I bought a second He-Man figure so I could have both versions of Tri-Klops. But I did paint the boots black on the extra figure, just so they matched the look of Tri-Klops

I saw him at Target the other week. Not really feeling him, so passed. I've only gotten a handful of Revelation figs, anyway. I didn't know 2002 had gotten to Tri-Klops? Looks cool, tho.

I’m usually not a fan of major design changes to the classic characters, but this cult Tri-Klops I thought looks really cool because it’s so different and gave him more weirdness and mystery. It works for me.

Open question for anybody: what did you think of CGI He-man version of Tri-Clops? Personally thought it was cool different but not in a bad way, curious to see how the toy version stacks up also curious to see if season 3 gets him a permanent "host"

Had to grab 3 Tri Klops is my favorite MOTU Character. This is easily the Greatest figure of him to date. All it was missing is a Doom seeker. Luckily I have a bunch from 200x.

I've mixed feelings on some of these figures after Revelation left an awkward taste in the mouth (it wasn't outright terrible, but... yeah), but now I've seen this in more detail, I might have to pick up Tri-Klops at least (so far I've only gone for Moss Man and Faker as I feel they have cool designs). TK is traditionally one of my favourite MOTU characters, not sure I'll use his druid stuff that much, but as a basic figure it's actually pretty decent (BTW, TK did indeed have lighter coloured hair in some of those original mini-comics). I'd like the eyes to be a little bigger and different colours (and personally, I've always liked the round eyes of the vintage figure, not the Filmation 'shapes'), but as a display piece he looks pretty good. Shame there's no sword hoop on his back, though!!

gotta agree with "not too beefed up" coz those deformed mattel toys in the 80s made us think that all of the eternians were body builders 🤣- but the animated he-man isnt that hulky and in constant squatting position- Filmation head and this body would be ok but Mattel prefers the neanderthal look - cool review

Best Tri-Klops head sculpt ever, a shame for the body with the so-so arms and the very weird knee articulation. Not sure you may call this "not beefy", he is as ripped as you can get in real life!

@@Fenris30 Fortunately very much not, or, at least, it is made in a way it looks more natural. On figures from this line it makes them look robotic, or like they have prosthetics. Could be OK on Trap Jaw and maybe Tri-Klops, but definitely NOT on most other figures.

@@TheBigBigSean I own MOTUC Tri-klops, but the head sculpt is meh for me. Ridicoloulsly meaty lips, funny square jawbone. Plus...no hair? Anyone that watched filmation knows he has long-ish 80's hair. So yes, best head sculpt for the character.

I love this line! I’m happy Mattel made MOTU figures with normal proportions. I loved the original figures as a kid but these fit in better with other figures I collect. It’s good to have variety.

I like tri klops this version looks OK but I'd prefer to see the 2002 version being made the different laser eyes were more awesome than revalations version and I don't like the blonde hair against the very tan skin it looks like it needs painted when the hair colour is the same as the skin colour

If you mean in the Masterverse line, it DOES have multiple Sub-lines, with Princess of Power being one of them. Catra and She-Ra are both confirmed. (I THINK Frosta has been as well, but I can't confirm that off-hand). They're also putting out a Hordak in Masterverse, which I guess counts?

Tri-Klops and Trap Jaw becoming religious zealots in a tech cult is without a doubt one of the worst ideas I've seen in a He-Man story, Revelation had a lot of problems and that was among the worst.

Honestly, I could have lived without the Druid getup...added >10bucks to the figure and I just don't care for that look... I hope they are going to release a more "classic" TriKlops without the Revelation outfit sometime down the line. Now that they are releasing the 40th anniversary He-man, I have some hope for the line.

Give it time, they already announced the non-Revelations Beastman for Masterverse. I'm sure they'll re-use the sculpt with Filmation colors at some point to pad out a wave.
