Mercalli is a free preset in Vegas 12...the latest v3 of the stand alone version of Mercalli claims to work wirh cmos sensor cameras. However the x920 is remarkably good with two cameras tracking motion stabilisation very closely. My 3D work over the last 4 years has taught me a lot. Understand your comnent...but I find it very rewarding and creative to work with. Gives you a whole new understanding of the intricasies of our eye and brain interpretive capabilities.

Hi .. yes it does output CLEAN HDMI - I have used it several times for this, and will be using two for a show this Sunday with 55" screens ... LIVE.

The TM700 is the front overhead camera used with slow zoom in the opening shot. The sied cam is the TM900, with the front cam being the x920. The TM700 and TM900 video has been graded in post to match the colour and quality of the x920 as near as possible. With the TM700, this meant a process with NEATV3 .. a stunningly good noise removal plugin for Vegas. The x920 produces very little noise in the same light as the TM700 produces a fair amount of grainy noise. I will put a compare shot soon.

Sound was recorded on a Sony PCM50 as well as off camera 5.1 sound. Mixed on Vegas 12 Pro soundtrack and post processed and equalised using Sound Forge 10 to get a sound as close to the original LIVE sound as we remembered. Also take a look at other videos on my walle3dtv account at youtube

The rig is two x920s in 3D sync mode with a Sony PCM50D mounted on it as well as a Beyer MC86 rifle mic. There is NO stabilisation as I was not entirely sure the two cameras track stabilising activity even though they are on the same plate. I only got the cameras the morning of the shoot. The shakiness is mainly caused by audience dancing into me! I am trying out Mercally V3 on the post processing to see if it can fix this. The 3D version looks stunning.

The difference between the TM900 and the x920 is quite large. The colour rendition of the x920 is much more natural and accurate in saturation, as well as less noise, and what noise there is is much finer grain than that shown under the same conditions with the TM900.

Apologies for the huge delay in reply ... the x920 was the only one available when I bought, and I am SO pleased with it - so that is the main reason for this video and the comments. I subscribed to your channel - interestingly, in a former 'life' I designed in guitar electronics and guitar FX pedals working with Doug Chandler, of Chandler Guitars, later he went to work with PRS guitars. Seriously thinking about remaking my pedal, especially the bass stuff that John Entwhistle used.
