Video is very helpful but I have a small question. At 18:41 how do you block the engine to prevent the rotation when unscrewing that rotating head?

The way I was screaming that protective cover was not put right !!!! you didn't even have to take it apart but I guess it's a learning experience same thing happens with food processors usually people don't put the container properly and just think that the thing is broken

I didn’t see anything broken either. Something had popped out if i recall correctly. The safety switch inside was not operating correctly. How this happened is a mystery
