If you want to know anything about Moundsville Penitentiary, please go experience yourself. Don't listen to the two women in this video. The man in the boiler room was not "cut to ribbons". They also exaggerated a few other stories. The only one you should pay any attention to is the gentleman giving his account. He actually worked there. The woman who claims to be a psychic is so overdramatic. And don't be fooled by the so-called "orbs" in the videos either. Most of them are dust or flying insects that are reflecting the lights from the cameras and other equipment.
