Mounjaro release in UK as multiuse KwikPen! How does it differ from Autoinjector single use pen?

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has approved a multi-dose version of Mounjaro (tirzepatide) called Mounjaro Kwikpen to treat people with type 2 diabetes.
The Mounjaro Kwikpen will deliver four doses of tirzepatide instead of the one-dose Mounjaro pen which is already approved, which the MHRA says will support supply of Mounjaro.
Some social media pictures are circulating about the KwikPen possibility of mounjaro. This video is simply giving a safely message to ensure that patients don't fall into getting a fake mounjaro pen before it's launched and summaries some possible differences of multiuse KwikPen from single use autoinjector device

I think the pen you demonstrate at the end of the video has already been officially approved in the UK. Yesterday I picked up my Mounjaro pen at a SuperDrug in London and the model is the same as you show at the end of the video, with 4 doses in a single pen.
