Yes that is correct, each pen is designed to give 4 doses of the relevant strength with exception of 0.25mg pen. It's a very bad idea to start directly from 1mg if you are first time starter. One can face serious side effects if starting on full 1mg dose from beginning and have never been on the drug. Ensure you have your endocrinologist supervision and start on lowest dose of 0.25mg if first time starter

Basically I started taking 0,25 injections and the last one I did today I noticed that it still had half of the fluid inside so that means that I still have 4 doses so it means in total 8 doses so all the 0,25 shots are for 8 weeks? And if that so where can u usually buy the 4 needed needles that the kit of ozempic didn't include ?

Buy insulin pen needles 4mm in size... usually I advise BD insulin needle 4mm or you could buy Novofine insulin pen needles 4mm in size

Sir, I have a 1mg box with two pens. The box indicates 2mg/1.5 mL Prefilled pen. Does this mean each pen has two doses of 1mg? Hence, is the box of two pens good for four 1mg injections or doses?

I have personally captured fake ozempic pen devices in a pharmacy and even pharmacist were not aware. so its cheaper if you buy 1 mg pen . you can make 0.25 mg for 18 clicks for 4 weeks then change it to 0.5 mg 36 clicks for 6 weeks.

This will be equal to 0.5mg dose. Usually its not convenient or cost effective to inject twice. You will finish the 0.25mg pen device of Ozempic in 4 weeks You might instead inject once by using the 0.5mg pen device.
