It may not be the best defense, but my favorite looking shoulder armor is the 'bronze scale pauldrons'. Literally looks like you're wearing a pile of coins and is quite striking in direct sunlight. 👍

best shoulder armor i’ve ever found is on my current sturgian campaign, “Legendary Large Fur Cloak with Round Plate” with a wild +21 to body and +14 to arm armor. Not to mention it looks badass lol. Got it after a huge siege defense against a couple Battanian armies

Ive found top tier legendary pieces of armor being sold in town. Every time i enter a town i filter the goods by # and will see all the cracked, lordly, masterwork items that the city has.

I go looking for balanced bolts and legendary piercing arrows - both have max pierce of 7 and more damage. Probably the best ranged ammunition you can find. Give them to my archer captains.

I don’t know if it’s obtainable, best the empire gold-silver royal armor with the plum is easily the best looking, I was wondering if you can actually get it

Apart from the helmets those armour pieces are probably 80% of whats possible for armour values my guy, i know its rng but trust me ive found better
